TriSMART Solar

We have had our solar panels for over a year now and been pretty happy. We shopped around and Charlie with Trismart was the 4th person/ solar company we spoke to. He provided the best price and did not come off like a salesman and made us feel comfortable answering our questions and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. We didn’t want to finance and saved up to purchase the solar panels. Total cost with rebates and incentives was lower than what we had budgeted. Our CPS bill has been pretty low since we’ve had solar and we’ve been pretty happy. We recommended Trismart to one of our neighbors and when we got home late one day, Charlie was at their place talking with them. He mentioned that since our neighbors decided to go with Trismart, we would be receiving a referral incentive. If we ever had move and needed to get solar again, we wouldn’t hesitate to contact Charlie.

Avoid this company, they have lied or deceived on every promise, monthly bill is $100 still paying for an electric bill, and monthly payment on panels will go up to 145, they are a dishonest company and their sales people will push and push on you to buy, giving all the sweet promises, make sure to double read everything and get their offers in writing. after install they ignore my emails and calls. avoid the vivint bundle the two companies do not talk and do not honor each others offers. trismart solar is a scam company praying on the public.

3/29/2024 update,
Still not answering or returning phone calls call my tech is ignoring my texts and calls. For those of you contemplating still a company to avoid there are a lot of others out there that will serve you a lot better. It's a shame that they prey upon the community like this, and our local heroes.
6/052024 update
Talked with customer service, the "discovered a discrepancy in the contract that was overlooked" and said they would only pay the contracted amount but none of the cost of the fees included by continuing to pay for another service that their company promised to pay off. That was a month ago and no money has been transferred and nothing has been done still still $1500+ in debit paying out what trismart said they would pay. Continues to be a dishonest company

9/27/24 update. Company called me to ask what would it take to make things right. Got an email later saying that they're only contractually obligated to give me a portion of the funds and refuse to do anything more. So they are not interested in making things right only doing what the original agreement was at signing of the contract but not the fees that I accumulated over the course of a year having them not paid until now, still attempting to get the rest, I get an email every now and then telling me to take this post down

TriSMART Solar is definitely who you want to go with when getting your solar panels installed. If you are interested in getting solar panels I highly recommend David Gonzales to help you through the process. He has been working with us since day one. David is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and just an easy person to work with when dealing with solar. Our panels were just recently installed and he is still always willing to answer any questions or concerns that I have about our panels. David really sold me on TriSMART and the idea of getting our panels installed through them. Definitely an easy investment and a great way to save money in the future.
