We have owned one pool, and built two others before we selected Keith Zars. Although my wife worked as the Warranty Manager for another pool company, we selected Keith Zars to design and build our pool for our forever home because of their reputation for quality and great customer service, as well as their use of their own people and custom design of much of their own pool components. In the three years since they built our pool, we couldn't have been happier - their continued customer service and warranty have been superb.
