Tree reviews in San Antonio, Texas

Cullen did a fantastic job with my front yard!!! We have multiple very large oak trees and they looked beautiful when he was done! Precise Tree service did quality work fast and without a question! I highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for quality work and great prices!

Cullen arrived 45 minutes after my call and shaped, lifted, and thinned out 5 trees for me. He was quick and efficient. He had to come out the next day to clear out the cuttings. Although it was raining he showed up and completed the job. Reasonable pricing.

Same day response to a large broken oak branch. Super job and went over and above what I hired them to do. Loved their positive enthusiastic attitude!

I had two large ligustrums that needed to be removed, along with a massive pile of branches that needed to be hauled off. Cullen provided a prompt estimate and completed the job the next day. He cleaned up all the debris, and everything looks great. Excellent service!

We initially called Cullen for a dead limb over our propane tank, and ended up contracting his team to clean-up our other trees and lift their canopies to protect our roof. We highly recommend Precise Care & Removal!! Cullen is extremely knowledgeable but not at all pretentious. He provided his recommendations based on his many years of experience. He arrived for the consult and job when he stated he would.

We are very happy with the entire process and his dedication to ensure the trees are left healthy.

What impressed us was that he was very conscientious about sanitizing his tools before he started and between trees to ensure nothing would be introduced that would injure the tree. Additionally, his team sealed all wounds to prevent bugs or fungus from being introduced.

At the end of the job, all debris was loaded and hauled away. Our trees look fabulous!!

Cullen does great work and is one of the most honest guys we worked with. I originally called Cullen to grind a stump in our front yard. After taking a look at the stump he advised I didn’t need to spend the extra money and chop some of it by hand. I ended up using him to trim all our trees, he did the work himself and did a great job. I will use him going forward and would definitely recommend him

Cullen did an incredible job! I’m so glad I decided to go with Precise Tree Care & Removal.

Friendly and professional. Explained the process and ongoing maintenance timeline so my Oak trees grow strong and healthy.

Cullen and his team at Precise Tree Care are a no nonsense operation! Easy. Straightforward. Cullen came out and looked at my dead trees. His emailed quote was received and there was no need for asking a million questions. He covered everything and was thorough. A real company and not some rando. Super easy to deal with. He prioritized my needs with grinding stumps. Would definitely use again 100%. I loved the fact that both parties were protected with his insurance company.

Cullen did exactly what he promised. Always was on time as promised and if he was going to be late he would call. Well spoken, and considerate working in a neighborhood. I would use him again.

Cullen and his staff did a great job with the tree trimming. I recommend the business for tree trimming, or any type of landscape in their scope of business. Thanks guys.

Had a a very large tree limb and trunk break off (30 ft) and was dangling. Colin removed and then expertly trimmed the tree as well as others both in the back and front yards. Beautifully done, all around. Did exactly what he said he’d do. Left our place immaculate. Very nice person and experience. I highly recommend.

They were great! They listened, were honest, and communicated the plan. They were also accommodating to my indecisiveness and schedule. My yard looks so much better.

I desperately needed my giant trees cut back. The limbs were huge, with low hanging limbs in both my yard and my neighbors’ yard. My daughter in-law passed Cullen’s business card to me.
I called for a free estimate, he came by and provided me with an extremely fair and reasonable estimate and was able to complete the work the same week. My yard was in pristine condition after the work was complete.
As an older person, it’s sometimes difficult to find people who you are comfortable hiring.
Cullen and his team were very kind, considerate of my property, including moving plants off my deck and replacing them exactly where I had them. He even trimmed up a couple of smaller trees that weren’t part of the job to make sure everything was tidy.
I highly recommend Cullen. He showed up on time, got the job done, and went beyond my expectations.
My sincere thanks to Cullen and his team.

Had tree removed and trimming done at house. They did two days of work and did a really good job. Also had smaller tree work done at two other properties. All was done quickly and professionally.

Cullen and his teammate were incredible! They were quick, careful, and cleaned up better than when they got here. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone!

Cullen did a fantastic job helping me install my new trees, I had another service no show. I was able to call Precise Tree Care & Removal and have the service done within an hour on the same day due to open availability.

Very professional. Cullen is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’m so impressed how good my tree looks. We will definitely be repeat customers

They provided exceptional service. Came out on a Saturday to give quote same day I called. And completed the work that following Monday! Will call them again next time I need my trees taken care of.

Called and spoke to Cullen on a Saturday , and he came about 2 hours later for the quote. Called him the next day letting him know we’d like to move forward with his work and they showed up Monday morning. Cullen was super helpful and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Work was done in less that a couple hours, and the clean up afterwards was excellent. The crew was very professional and pleasant to talk to even with this unrelenting Texas heat. Highly recommended!!

Very responsive. Got estimate and service for 2 separate properties with downed tree/wind damages on same day! Cullen gave fare prices and was a complete professional.
