Great staff, the lady in the front was very nice
-
Called twice, after I pressed 5 as a homeowner, they hung-up.
-
Tried to schedule someone to do a site survey, could not get through the automated phone system
-
I dont know what these people do but there is 3 work trucks parked in a small neighborhood in south austin theve been laughing and whatching youtube videos blocking the street for 3 hours
-
What a joke. Only marking the line from the meter to the street? Do utilities not go to the structure? Too bad it's state law to call these guys. What a waste of time. Had to call a private company to finish the job.

No idea what was happening and was told they didn’t need to identify themselves or tell what was going on. Demanded entry to my private property. The employee yelled at my wife, insulted me and overall made the whole thing worse. Police called. Supervisor I spoke with gave me information and seemed calm cool and relaxed. Still have very little information about what’s happening.

Guy came out to do line locates. He went into my AT&T box. After he left, I had no phone or internet service. Called the locating company and was hung up on 3 times. The person I tried to talk to was beyond rude and wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor. He just kept hanging up on me. Left a message on the company’s operator line but did not receive a call back. Terrible customer service. I will never call 811 for line locates again.

Expect them to show up without notice. They NEVER call before they show up. Had a major procedure done and the guy just kept ringing the doorbell, driving my dogs insane, just so he could go in my backyard and leave without telling me, gate wide open. This happens EVERY TIME they come by. I know they don’t care for customer service, but common curtesy goes a long way.

02/01/25-current Your employee has been leaving their work truck and work car infront if me and my neighbors house for the past months it’s getting real tiring Tell your employee with YOUR car to quit parking infront of our house and the opening to the sidewalk it makes it harder for people to gain access using skateboards and bicycles when yielding to traffic you have been told this before but yet to take action on this employee Should we have your company truck towed? Let me know how you want to handle this me and a few other neighbors called into your office said it would be handled and it never was…..
