Highly recommend. The best grease trap and septic cleaning business.

Excellent job at cleaning and customer service! Highly recommend, the best grease trap and septic cleaning business. Follow them on TikTok @thegreasetrappers.

Be warned! Highly unprofessional business. There is a lot of details that could go into this review but I will summarize it below.
Review on Owner/Driver Overview.

- disrespectful towards women (only preformed "service" and effectively communicated to a male friend whom I asked to be present after he drove off and refused to service my RV the first time when I was alone)
- 1.5 hours late with no update, courtesy call or apology (vague information given when I called for status update, rude about the conversation on his late arrival)
-avoided responsibility for his actions (denied his role as the owner and main person that received my appointment information)
- did not properly empty my tank (my tank was completely full after his service)
- rejected my calls after payment for the "service" receive (the man basically stole my money. Ripping me off, knowing what poor work he did)
-acted out and proved poor customer service in front of the young child working with him
I regretfully did not look up the poor reviews (which have now been deleted) previous to hiring him. I'm hoping this review will give you insight on how this business operates without going into the nitty gritty, awful details. Hopefully this will also inspire positive change in the owner and give his child worker a better role model to look up to.

Best service ever. Super kind people and always leave me satisfied of the work they do.

Excellent, quick, friendly service. I will definitely recommend them!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot say enough great things about this company! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely top-notch. The team arrived right on time, fully prepared, and got straight to work with incredible professionalism.

They transformed my yard beyond what I imagined—every lawn line was crisp, the edging was flawless, and the tree trimming was done with such precision that my entire landscape looks refreshed and beautifully manicured. They were careful to shape the trees without overcutting, leaving everything looking healthy and balanced.

What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and respect for my property. Not a single branch, leaf, or piece of debris was left behind. When they were done, my yard looked like something out of a magazine.

The crew was courteous, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality, reliability, and affordability all in one—but they delivered on every front.

If you’re looking for lawn care or tree trimming that will truly elevate the look of your home, look no further. I highly recommend them—you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent customer service . Very knowledgeable and reasonable pricing for superior service . Explained the work as they went along. Will definitely hire for future jobs and recommend to others.

Even my dog loved them. I would recomend them to everyone.

We have called Moises out to our home a few times for repairs and he has been both professional and reliable. He goes above and beyond to get the job done. Thank you! We definitely recommend this business for all your electrical needs.
