Can't say enough good about this company. They are professionals at what they do. Just had them install 25 pilings for a house I'm raising. Even with the extremely hard ground they were able to complete the install in 2 days. Every piling was plumb and the house fit like a glove.

RS construction built my home in the galveston bay area. I have been so honored to work with them. They worked with me in ensuring all details were cleared for my inspection, and even after I purchased my home they have continued to provide support and referrals for additional work I've elected to do. This guy charged me $14,000 to mitigate my home after Harvey and basically forged my mitigation and did not scrub my two by fours with the chemical a lot of my walls did not have insulation none of my Corners match up where they took out up to 4 foot and on top of that he broke my countertop which I specifically told him not to touch if there was a possibility that it could get broken because insurance would not replace it he has terrible communication with his workers and they hung drywall with over 1 inch gaps there is probably 20 gallons worth of sheetrock mud on my walls and nailed the sheetrock when I specifically specified use screws also broke tile in my home and would not replace it also repaired leaks in roof both still leaking the people that put in the drywall covered over six different outlets in my home because they were a loop circuit and hidden nobody could figure out what was going on with the electrical that he sent out this establishment is a joke and nothing but a scam

Dockside redecked my pier and redid the tieback rods on 14 pilings...all the work was done exceptionally , professionally and at a fair price.....this company is 5 stars maybe 6.....Ted

Scotty's menu choices are quite unique .They've got a good beer selection but be aware that a lot are higher alcohol beers. Service is average and if you're there for a game on TV, the music will take precedence. Have fun and watch out for the police who often sit right there.

Without a doubt one of the most honest and respectful individuals in the construction business, we had wonderful experiences with the work done by his workers. Our house was completely fixed after Harvey with little to no issues. his workers were very respectful about our home and we communicated any issues and they were resolved instantly. We cooperated with any ideas Mike had and it worked out swell in the end. some people would rather get upset for things, others actually want to work it out. and thats what mike does. he works it all out as long as you're communicative. and not up in arms. if i could i would give them 6 stars. their office is kind courteous and very efficient.

We hired Dockside Development to construct a new boat house for us. His team did an excellent job. Mike helped us with filing all the paperwork with our HOA getting it all approved. He takes care of all the details. Once construction started they were quick and it was very easy to reach Mike with any adjustments we needed. Even after the project was completed and the final invoice paid he continues to keep in contact and respond to anything we need.

Mike and his team did a great job building our boathouse with a lift. They were very communicative and punctual. As with most projects there were unforeseen issues which they worked through seamlessly. I highly recommend Dockside Development.
