Arbor-Tech came out and provided tree services for a better price than the yard crews I had gotten quotes from. Better than providing cheaper work, but they educated me in the process and allowed me to make better decisions.

Arbor-Tech Consulting Completed a tree survey for us in ~1 hour, provided the required letter before we even paid and this included a thorough site visit. Easy to work with and reasonably priced.

Brittany came out and told me what needed to be done to my trees. She set up a treatment and pruning plan. They came out on the days they said they would and did a great job. Thanks for the great service.

I signed a contract for monthly services to keep my lawn and landscaping healthy. So many issues. Sadly the original owner Eric Putnum is no longer the owner and the new owner is clueless and runs an unprofessional and unorganized office. The new owner relies on the reputation and reviews of the the previous owner who did run a great business. Be aware, the good reviews are not for the new owner or his business!

Arbor Tech did me an awesome job. With 3.5 hours they cut down my dead tree that took my roof out that had to be replaced from Harvey. Got here cut down tree ground the stump and cleaned everything up. AWESOME job Eric Putnam and his crew. Gigi Carroll

Arbor-Tech Consulting cut back some very overgrown bushes and also branches from our neighbor's tree which were hanging over our yard. The job was quick, excellent, and reasonably priced. The cleanup was perfect. Best tree service I have ever used.

Eric provided me with the information I needed to not harm my tree while trying to contain my tree roots, and informed me on what I thought were additional roots growing up out of the ground to actually be leaves growing out of the ground. He also educated me on tree trimming and the company who trimmed my tree 3 yrs. ago ruined numerous years of growing. It was refreshing to communicate with someone who was knowlegable considering the fact that I have spent several months trying to locate a professional for different trade maintenance (yard grading, house painting, ceiling repair) issues on the island. Again, thank you for being knowledgeable about your profession.

I contacted Eric and Heather with Arbor Tech regarding treatment of my trees and lawn in Jun 2016 in which I signed an agreement and paid $365.00 and would be billed at 75.00 per month for treatment service. We were emailed on 8/29/16 stating that Arbor Tech will no longer offer the organic lawn Treatments. I contact Heather with Arbor Tech which stated since we just signed an agreement they would apply the amount to our trees or continue treating our lawn as long as we were not expecting an overnight result. I have tried numerous times to Contact both Heather and Eric without an response. The last time i spoke to Eric was in November which stated he would have someone over the following week which did not occur. We feel that Arbor Tech sold us a service and did not provide per our agreement.

I wish I had known about Arbor-Tech Consulting sooner. Unfortunately, I was hit with pine bark beetles in 2015/16 and only found out when some of my larger (50 ft+) trees were dead. I was in panic mode, researching who to consult with...Dr. Google helped guide me and I am here to tell you that Eric Putnam is the real deal. Eric knows so much about the trees, assessing the environment around them, etc. He was able to assess my tree situation, remove the ones most infested/dead, treated > 50 other pines on my property here in Friendswood to avoid losing more, and the results have been incredible. They did their work ~6 months ago and the rest of my trees are much stronger then before due to the treatment Eric sprayed to prevent further damage and actually strengthen the trees. Eric's crew was professional, careful, and efficient. They removed 4 trees that were ~50ft each and did so very carefully - impressed with their process (included stump grinding). Lastly - last week I was a little concerned seeing some of my needles turning brown, called Eric Friday and he just came out to reexamine...all normal process and he showed me where the signs of growth / health were and what I was seeing was "normal". Eric is invested in protecting the trees and I can tell you first hand that he has been very accommodating for me throughout the process (pre, during, post sale). My 1 regret [all pls listen to me] is that I did not know about him when I bought my house 3 years ago...I could have save all of my trees simply by having him treat them up front. If you are vested in your homes/property and want to make sure you get the most out of your investment - consider having Eric treat them before there is a problem. Hope this is helpful to others.
