Very impressed with SM Air and their service and even more impressed with James Vaughn the technician who serviced my AC. After a thorough checkup he found what was causing my issue. It was very obvious his over 20 years experience came into play and had my unit running in under a hour. I highly recommend sm air and I highly recommend James Vaughn. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again and id recommend SM Air 10 out of 10 times.

Very professional. They show up when they say they are. After dealing with a crappy dealership that installed our unit that was still under warranty for over 6 weeks with no resolution, we had to find another dealer and reached out to SM Air A/C & Heating. They immediately stepped up and got the job done. They are the best.

SM Air is super reliable and timely! They were flexible in finding a time that worked to look at our ductwork and not only showed up right on time but were super respectful of the sleeping babies in the house.
Thankfully they came to my home the day they did for a check up because as soon as I got to work, my A/C in the office building was not working and they were able to send someone right away to check that out and get us back in business. So grateful for this team keeping us cool in Texas. 10/10 recommend for all A/C needs.

Tech was fast, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. I've tried a bunch of AC companies over the years in central Texas, and SM Air A/C & heating has been the absolute best.

We're building a house in a few years, and I know exactly who I want installing our units.

Jarred was extremely professional and patient with us when he took care of our AC. Quickly fixed the issue as well and showed us pics of the issue.

Eliot was very courteous. He did a good job then explained everything very well.

He serviced our two units and said we were good for both for heat and cooling. He is a very professional and pleasant service man.

Friendliest tech I've worked with and very responsive. Had a coupon for routine maintenance check which made preventative maintenance very affordable and gave me peace of mind.

Eliot was out to do an annual maintenance on our furnace. He was friendly and courteous. Have worked with SM Air in the past and everyone we have come in contact with has been great. Would recommend SM Air for sure. We decided to sign up for the maintenance plan now that we’ve used them a couple times and know that we like their work. It’s less expensive than paying for 1 time house calls.

Jarred was very thorough in inspecting my AC system, inside and out, answered every question I had and even gave me advice on keeping the system in good shape. He was very careful with his equipment in my home and took care to protect my carpet and not make any kind of mess, although he vacuumed the areas he traversed before he left. He was also very polite and considerate. I purchased the Care Club plan, which is a great deal. I did not need any repairs or coils cleaned, but when I do, San Marcos A/C & Heating is the only company I will ever use and I will request Jarred.

The AC in my parents home was acting up. My brother was able to "reset" the outside unit two days in a row, but he thought the capacitor needed to be replaced. Jordan showed up, and sure enough, that was the problem. Nice guy and great service.

S/M Air has been great. They installed a new system for us and have been very responsive in following up to make sure everything is working correctly. David has especially been helpful, going the extra mile to address issues. We highly recommend their company.

David was fantastic- he was very thorough while checking both units, inside and out.. keeping me informed at each step.. great job David and SM Air!

Curtis has been to our house several times and each time he is able to diagnose our ac/heating issues! Thankful for his expertise and kindness.

Was very happy with my first visit from San Marcos Air Conditioning. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and Eliott did a great job diagnosing, explaining, and fixing the problem. Super nice guy too.

SM Air came out to fix my a/c after lightning hit nearby. David and SM Air is/was professional, friendly, and dependable. I will certainly use them again.
