Landscaping reviews in San Marcos, Texas

Super thankful I found Homeroots! They do top notch work at a very reasonable price. I trust them with all my landscaping projects!

Great job on my lawn, trees and shrubs. Great communication and easy to work with. I highly recommend, and best of all, they are a locally owned company.

I had a quick job for the crew and they jumped right on it even on a busy after storm day. The crew preformed a very professional job and were both very polite and friendly and earned my respect and appreciation. Thanks guys for your help with my small project!

Home Roots Lawn Care took care of everything I asked for and more! They truly went above and beyond my expectations and did so with a personal touch! TC does an awesome job of communicating well with his customers, as well as taking a hands on approach to guarantee that I was happy with the finished product. From any job big to small I would highly recommend Home Roots Lawn Care! And even better was he is a first responder and works with his close friends and family it truly is a family felt experience using them! Give them a call!

My experience with Home Roots Lawn Care has been absolutely wonderful. They take sincere personal interest in you as client and your personal situation and provide excellent service! From the owners to their staff they are the best to do business with
I highly recommend them!

If I could give this landscaping company zero stars I would. Highly would not recommend this business. I placed a lot of trust and hard earned money to improve my garden and I'm left with an embarrassing mess.

I’ve used them twice now and very pleased with the results. They’ve done about 500 linear feet of limestone edging, about 250 square feet of gravel patio, and probably 1,200 square feet of bed cleanup & mulch. Kept a clean site during the project and were detailed cleaning afterwards. I also noticed they were good about water breaks and making sure they were working safe

Home Roots Lawn Service did a great job working within our budget and assisting with our front yard design. They were professional and completed the job in a timely manner. We would use them again. Thank you TC.

I really like the fact that they are a family business, very professional and very easy to work with. The job they did on my backyard landscaping turned out better than what we discussed. I was very impressed how they finished my backyard. I would recommend them to anyone.

Home Roots restored my father-in-laws property giving it the best curb appeal which in turn helped it sell quickly. Thanks TC and crew. You guys are awesome!

TC and the guys did a great job at our place on River Road. Suggested asphalt millings walk/drive path which worked out great and has held up well. Trimmed out with heavy duty metal instead of flimsy metal or plastic. Added shape to the yard for drainage, added a small bridge, etc. Very happy with the work done and the communication throughout the project.

They are always on time and very professional. The Home Roots Team that maintains my yard, does a most excellent job!! Scheduling and payments are a breeze!!
A great big Thank you to Home Roots for taking such good care of my yard!

As a first time user am delighted with the results of Home Roots landscaping! They were professional, knowledgeable and polite. Communicated throughout the process. Would thoroughly recommend!

TC, Heather and the rest of the team at Home Roots is just amazing to work with. Super polite and professional people that do the job right! Trust them with your new landscape design you wont regret it.

Home Roots has been phenomenal and I cannot recommend them enough. TC is professional, courteous, reliable and trustworthy. My lawn always looks fantastic thanks to Home Roots Lawn Care. The services are top quality for a reasonable price. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company for your lawn care needs!

They are a trust worthy mowing company. They have mowed my father’s house for 10 months now. Their prices are reasonable and they do a great job. The costumer service is amazing too!

TC and his crew came out to install 600 sqft of turf w/steel edging, replenish our crushed limestone driveway, and take back our yard from the weeds. From the beginning they were great at communicating - Heather kept us updated on all the details, and TC checked in constantly to make sure we’re on the same page in terms of vision. Everyone on the crew had a great attitude, showed up to work, and provided good input. They came to do the job right, not get it done as fast as possible. Couldn’t be happier with their work and will be back for future projects.

We have used many lawn companies over the years. Home Roots continues to be the best company we have encountered for our lawn needs. Their professionalism is breath of fresh air. They are courteous and reliable and do a great job. It’s a relief to know we have them working for us. No chasing, checking, etc. They simply do what they say and at a good price.

Highly recommend Home Roots Lawn. They were incredibly responsive via phone, email and text. I communicated directly with owner of company to generate quote and complete landscape projects. Look forward to working with them again.

Home Roots Lawn & Landscape did a fantastic job of removing our trees. It was a big undertaking, but the crew made quick work of it, and the communication through out the project was excellent!
