The team installed a new generator plug at my house with an interlock. They took the time to ensure everything was installed correctly and that I knew how to use the items.

I requested Pedro and his sons come out for a main panel relocation from indoors to outdoors with interlock generator receptacle to the exterior of my home. Five Star came over and gave me a competitive quote which allowed me wiggle room to upgrade the panel previously quoted. The work and cleanup was 2nd to none. The crew was polite and accommodating by answering any of my questions. They take time to explain why things should be a certain way. This family is all about serving their neighbors and take pride in being part of the Santa Fe community. I highly recommend this family for any residential electrical repairs or modifications. I called Five Electric last Friday 9/5/25 afternoon and they responded immediately. They came over that evening and assessed my situation with our extra panel that feeds the pool and backyard kitchen/patio. Gave me an estimate and they promised that they would come back on Monday and that everything would be complete that day. I had a new upgraded panel installed and extra outlet for patio, surge protector for main panel and replaced gfci outlet with box on outdoor column. Extremely happy with service provided and pool is back up and running before 1:30pm

These guys did such a great job for me. They did all the electrical at my new build house. They took my vision and went beyond what I expected. Will never use another electrical company. They were fast and professional. They made me feel like family.

They charged me $300 for a diagnostic and were not able to fix the problem. Recommend that you discuss price before they arrive.

I wasnt impressed by the troubleshooting visit, I was told they could fix problem for $xxxx amount but would not explain what needed fixing except it needed fixing , several times when I asked, i was told they wanted paid if they told me, I asked about issues with wiring, I was told wiring was ok, but if it wasn't they would fix it and guarantee the work. The last straw I was if I didnt let them work on what they wanted without explaining to me what was broken they would just leave, so I said ok. Turns out the issue was nothing about what they wanted to work on.
