MAK Comfort is hands down the best AC company I've used. MAK has replaced 6 full units in 3 houses for me, and I continue to recommend and use them exclusively. The owner is proud of his work, and doesn't accept less then excellent products/work and complete satisfaction from his customers. MAK Comfort services all of my properties 2x a year and keeps me running effectively and efficiently. Highly recommended.

I had Steven with MAK Comfort check out my AC system after being recommended by a buddy. He was able to get right out and diagnose the problem, order the part and had it installed the next day. I had to have an entire new AC/Heater system installed in my home. Steven went through the different options we had and answered any questions we had. His extensive knowledge helped us decide on the best system for our home and our budget. MAK's customer service was outstanding through the entire process. The install team was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure to leave my home and my attic in a better condition than when they got there.

We love our new AC, our house cools quickly, stays cool, and our electricity bill was cut in half due to the new energy efficient system.

If I could give more than five stars for this company I definitely would. Being a contractor myself, I know how important customer service is and Steven went beyond expectations. I had an issue with a customer’s AC line that needed to be fixed ASAP and he was at the property within a few hours and had everything fixed right after. . Wonderful customer service, reasonable price, and small family owned company which I love. I will definitely share his contact with anyone in need of AC services! There are not many companies like this, so when you find one you support them 100%!!

Steven came out to basically reinstall an HVAC unit that was improperly and hazardously installed by another company. I am so thankful that I went with MAK Comfort. I truly appreciate Steven’s knowledge and dedication to his craft. He even took the time to look at my Nana’s unit and added some freon to it. The step by step explanation throughout the job was the icing on the cake. Thank y’all!

Called on a Sunday to see if I schedule an appointment to have my thermostat check. Was pleasantly surprised that Steve was able to come out within a couple of hours. Received news that thermostat didn’t have to be replaced. 😀 Steve was very nice and professional and very willing to answer all my questions. Will definitely be calling Mak Comfort in the future.

Steven came out and immediately diagnosed the issue with my A/C unit and quickly got the ball rolling on ordering my replacement part which was much appreciated after not having power for a week due to the hurricane. All around great service at a reasonable price. 10 of 10 would recommend.

MAK is the best AC contractor I have ever used. Steven is very knowledgeable, reliable, and most of all honest. Many AC companies will upcharge and oversell. Steven always delivers the best solution for the problem on the unit. Steven has worked on 6 different units for me and I am always extremely satisfied. If I could click 6 stars I would. Steven with Mak Comfort was awesome! Hurricane Beryl left us with off and on power outages affecting our ac in the worst way- not working. He came out surprisingly quick, explained what the issue was and went above and beyond to repair and educate me throughout the process. Very professional, very efficient and happy to say the house was cooled down quickly. Highly recommend!
