Called MAK Comfort on Sunday with our AC not working properly. They were able to come out quickly the next day and repaired the system. We appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable company for AC repair!

Steven and his crew were professional and on time. They were knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. They provided me with options for my repair and was open to suggestions I made as well. When the repairs were completed, Steven walked me through the repairs and the upgrades he made to my system. The price was reasonable and fair, and overall I am extremely pleased with the work. I highly recommend Mak Comfort.

I was very impressed with this company. Steven came out and evaluated a cooling balance problem we had for our system that was installed by another company. He clearly explained the problem and offered a few different options on how to correct it. We agreed on the best approach and he sent me a very reasonable estimate the next day.

Today, they came out to do the work and he figured out an even easier way to fix the problem that would cost a lot less money! Many companies would not take that approach as it would mean less money for them...they would just keep quiet and do the originally agreed upon work for the higher profit. Not Steven!! It's hard to find this kind of great customer service these days!
