No cashiers at all, only self checkout. Unfortunately I was trying to purchase loose nuts and bolts etc. There is no way to enter the SKU at self checkout. I had to go and bother several of the guys stocking shelves until they could get a cashier up front. I understand they may be short staffed but they should at least recognize that staff in other areas of the store may need to available to run registers.

Parking lot was big and clean! Worker's were very helpful! Store was well stocked! Garden Center was open, large inventory! Not hard to find anything that we were looking for. Store was clean and neat. Plenty of workers walking around!

Always a fun time. Love the garden center. Definitely harder to find help there.

It was busy for a MONDAY out of sod don't know if they don't order enough or if it is in high demand now. We had no problem with the fencing materials and plants. Employees were friendly and helpful.

I have tried on 3 different occasions to order for curbside pickup. On each occasion, after I checked in the their app, the store never brought the products out. I tried calling and no one even answers the phone.

Suggest y'all either go to McCoy's or Home Depot. Both actually answer the phone and Home Depot curbside is excellent

Sometimes they have what you need and Sometimes they don't. This was a don't time. But, the associate that helped me was able to order it. A two week wait probably, but that one guy was nice. The first guy that was eager to help me, well not as nice, not as helpful and definitely did not ask if I wanted to order it for me. So the moral is, if the first person doesn't have a clue, ask someone else...

Your on Your Own , When You Go In and pretty much the entire time that Your in the store shopping . You have to go to the Lumber side cashier and or their Customer Service. If You need any kind of help in the store . They will call someone to come and help You . Or at least try To . Well . Sometimes even this doesn't work. There just doesn't ever seem to be . More Then a half a Dozen employees out on the sales floor . And there allways hard to find . Unless They have a few customers in line behind them trying to get help . Excepting for the Paint Department. There seems to be Allways at least one Sometimes two people there somewhere . Usually behind the counter making and mixing paint. Good Job on the Paint Department And The People Who Work There . Also the Lumber exit Cashiers and as well all of the Cashiers .Good Job . To All These Folks . They all do Good Work . Other than Not Enogh Help .It Is A Good Store .

The isles were well labeled. We were able to find what we were looking for. The store wasn't very well lite. Sales help were few & hard to find. Self check out is all we found. They had a man there who was very well trained to fix all the error messages on the register. Otherwise, this would be a 3 🌟 star.

I had a wonderful experience at the Lowe's garden center today. Picked out a very nice Christmas tree. The staff was super nice and friendly and helped me wrap up the tree and put it in the back of my vehicle.

Nice clean store with helpful employees. I was impressed with the items that the store carried compared to what Home Depot didn't carry. I will definitely focus more on Lowes than any other store similar to them.

Great variety of items for sale. They now carry the Carhart brand. The garden shop is waking up after our short winter.

The garden section is well stocked with plants, mulch, rocks, pavers, and a lot more. The employees in the garden section know their department, and they are very helpful.

When to go get my plants for my garden did choose a lot from the 50% off rack still in good quality. All of em lived. Great customer service. Quick checkout

Absolutely horrible customer service every day of the week. I highly recommend you save your money, time, and patience by going to a different store. I personally witnessed managers sit around while their cashiers are in the weeds or paint desk is backed up. I truly do not believe that any of the managers are interested in what their associates are doing. I would recommend to call if you needed something but would have to advise that you would not be able to get through to anyone. Perhaps a complete personal change from top to bottom would help the store. This stores only saving grace are Hector and Richard. The only two helpful and knowledgeable people in the building. Unfortunately they are not managing.

The guy at the customer service return counter gave me one of the stupidest answers about replacing a lifetime warranty kobalt hand tool. A lifetime no hassle no receipt warranty and he tells me I need to call Cobalt we're talking hand tool here not a power tool there's a pair of bolt cutters this Lowe's is the one that's on 3009 and 35 the day before I checked at the Lowe's at 281 and Blanco and asked if this bolt cutter would be under warranty at the time I just didn't have it with me their answer was absolutely yes bring it in no problem so I'll be going back to that Lowe's sorry I'm using voice to text I'm not I'm not going back to put periods in commas
