I hired A&A Plumbing as a second opinion as the first company couldn’t get to the root cause of my problem. Mario and his team were professional and determined root cause issues resolving our plumbing issues. I felt confident in my decision to hire them after 30 minutes just in their approach of how to find the true problem. The first plumber I hired wanted cut into my ceiling immediately. I’m so glad I hired A&A plumbing. Their entire team including the intake of the call were flawless!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink, and I needed repair prior to the weekend. I called A&A at the beginning of the day and they were able to get me on the schedule today. They sent over a friendly and skilled plumber named Byron and he do a great job and got it all squared away in a timely manner. Thank you A&A and Byron!!

After a few days of random hot water temperature spikes and then the coldest shower ever, I gave these guys a call. I liked that their site said they had flat rate pricing and they were currently running a special to check out hot water heaters. I wasn't sure they serviced the 78245 area as they were based out of Schertz, but they do and they came same day! Paul Rodriguez and Omar Oleander did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue. They gave me plenty of options and helped me find what was affordable and best for my situation. They were not pushy to try to get me to take more than I needed. They also explained everything to me about what they were doing and how to maintain it in the future. After they left, I was concerned with some noise I heard, and they even replied back to my text message with what to look out for, but the issue had resolved itself. Appreciated these guys. I'll be using them again when needed.
