Shawn and his buddy did a great job! I asked him to reprogram my pump which he graciously did. Very friendly and courteous.

Doug was on time and very knowledgeable about pool care. Doug took a look at the areas I wanted to get an estimate for and took measurements. I was satisfied with this first step.

ASP Schertz resurfaced my pool decking and did a great job. Tina is quick to respond to calls when I have any pool problem, Doug is out ASAP to repair. My anxiety level dealing with any issues has definitely gone way down! Their pool crew KP and Dylan have gone above and beyond to maintain the pool. Highly recommend!

Peter came to do the weekly cleaning. My pool was leaking water and he found it was the shallow end skimmer. He shut it off and now it is running as normal. Still need to have the skimmer looked at by the pool company, but it is better. Thank you.

Doug was great. Will make quick decision as soon as I get estimate. I can't say enough good things. Communication was great. I can't wait to get home and see my pool. I am going to sign up for cleaning now.

Tom was very thorough, he really spent a lot of time to make sure the pool was spotless and balanced during his visit. Easy to work with and talk to as well.

Mike showed up before 8 am on a Saturday morning and it was a very cold 37 degrees outside.
Because we had 2 days of ice last week my service was rescheduled. I share this because what makes ASP Schertz great to work with is their flexibility. And most of all technicians like Mike. He was out there in the frigid cold scrubbing the sides and vacuuming the leaves and debris from all the trees that surround the pool to consistently testing and adding the necessary chemicals to keep our 25,000 gallon pool swim ready. Can't think him and your ownership enough for all the great service throughout the last few years!

My husband and I had just bought a home with our first Salt Water pool. We had no prior knowledge of how to take care of it and ASP made quick accommodations to get Doug out the next morning. Upon arriving he was very knowledgeable and helpful with a no upsell kind of attitude. Very straightforward and made the whole experience so smooth. I wish I had done better research. Doug came out to give me a quote on fixing 2 tiles on our sun shelf. He convinced me that my pool chemicals were off and talked me into hiring his company. BIG MISTAKE!!! From the first day there was issues. Doug told me I needed to not only drain my pool but I needed to change the sand in the filter. I felt like he was very trustworthy at the time after talking to me about his family and his retirement from the military. We had some calcium build up on the corners of our hot tub. He told me to just dump a bunch of acid on them. Not knowing any better I did what he told me. Well it striped the grout out. When they came to “fix” the broken tiles they patched one of the corners of the hot tub. Along with breaking another tile. Not even realizing they were suppose to fix the two broken tiles. Then they tried to bill me $1,100 for the tile replacement which was’t done. One day some guy shows up to change the sand out of the filter. I was still just thinking there was just a miscommunication since I didn’t know anyone was coming. I let him change the sand. Then the pool kept draining and not running. We noticed the Polaris wasn’t working either. We brought it to their attention. They replaced a small piece on it for $220 (which I found out was way over priced). We ended up needing a whole new Polaris which we got from the new service company. Doug stated to me the motherboard was broken in our equipment. When he “replaced” it, the system still didn’t work and the pool was very green. They told my husband that they had to “triage” pools that pumps aren’t working at all. We said ours hasn’t been working ever since we hired them. Doug wanted to show me how to take care of the pool and explaining the equipment to me. I don’t mind learning but isn’t this why I’m paying this company, to service and clean my pool. We finally cut ties. Ended up it was the wrong mother board that Doug installed and messed the system up even more. Now I just found out that when they changed the sand they messed up the filter as well. I have spent more money fixing everything when all I really needed was for two tiles to be fixed. They still aren’t fixed.We haven’t been able to swim in our pool all summer. I hope they can work on their costumers service as well. Doug took a slap shot comment to me about my husband which really upset and I walked back inside. We tried several times to be patient and kind. There was no reason he needed to insult my husband to me. Again why am I paying you if you are going to break my equipment, charge me for services never rendered, telling me to manually run the equipment and insulting us right in front of our face.

My pool consistently looks great! Whenever I have called with a mechanical issue, Doug or one of his employees responds quickly and gets the equipment back in working order. I could not be happier with the service that this company provides.

Caleb did an excellent job. A lot of algae from the rain was a challenge, however, he left the pool sparkling clean. ASP employees are hard workers with great work ethics. Having him on the ASP team is a great advantage.

The guys did an awesome job on my pool. The humidity is high and makes working outside uncomfortable. They had the pool sparkling in no time. I can always depend on ASP to do an outstanding job.
