Santiago tree service did a good job. Nice people and they have good equipment. They showed up when they said they would and on time, but more importantly they finished when they said they would. Cleaned up area after tree was removed very well. I would recommend.

Do not recommend, work was horrible, no communication. Only good part of the job was the concrete. No one was on the jobsite watching making sure work was done correctly. Had to bring in another contractor in order to correct the issues.

After the 2nd phase of a new build, they rescheduled me multiple times. After almost a month of being put off, I had to find a new plumber. Lots of excuses without substance. Very disappointing because it pushed back other contractors' setting my move-in date behind. It took 3 tries to get the water line by my barn working properly. They are probably fine for a simple fix, but I don't recommend them for anything long-term or more complicated
