Jason and the team from Stronghold helped me with the insurance process from start to finish, got approval for replacing my roof, did a great job on site and with all follow up and cleanup. Great job. I highly recommend Stronghold and Jason.

Jerry did a very good job in changing my roof. Jerry and his crew were very punctual. They came in the morning and got straight to work. They covered up my pool to make sure nothing got into it, and cleaned up the mess well. Jerry was reachable and very communicative from the beginning to the end. Thumbs up!

No big project like a roof replacement goes off perfectly but Shane and Stronghold have been consistently helpful from filing the insurance claim and even now a year after the replacement they are quick to respond and help with any questions I have. They truly stand by their work and I’m happy with our roof.

I received several roofing quotes before deciding on Stronghold and ultimately went with them because of the friendliness and professionalism of the project manager for our roof. She sat down and explained how everything would work and what to expect. She worked with us on a few special requests and was quick to resolve the few issues we had. We have had poor experiences with various contractors in the past so I was really anxious about this project but it went smoothly and I would recommend Stronghold to anyone and even gave out a card to my neighbor!

My roof was destroyed by Hurricane Beryl in 2024. Jason came and helped me filling all the paperwork with my insurance. He is very patient and super helpful. I have never claim anything before, so the process is somewhat intimidating. He assured me that all will be good, and insurance will pay. And he is correct! I have a new roof and my insurance paid. Be careful with this company.recently I use this computer for my roof replacement. They told me they will change all drip edge they charge me for all drip edge. Later I found out they did not change the drip edge for proof I have attached the picture. Please be careful using this company.

With my neighbor's referral, I originally contacted Eric about a leak. He indicated I had bigger problems than just a leak, because my roof needed replacing. He initiated the insurance claim on my behalf, we got the approval, and the roof was quickly replaced. Jonathan oversaw the team's work and I must say he was the most observant crew manager I've ever seen! He was very conscientious about seeing that everything was cleaned up, including his own final walk-through of the driveway to ensure there were no nails or debris left behind after the trash truck left. Great experience overall and would definitely use them again.

After Hurricane Beryl, Bryan came out and did a free inspection on my roof and started the process with insurance for me. He handled a lot of the communication and paperwork which was so helpful! When insurance denied my claim, Bryan reassured me he could fight it. He fought it and stronghold got insurance to approve my roof. The work on my roof was quick and high quality. Bryan was so easy to work with. Very personable and wants what’s best for the customer. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Worked with Steve Spence for a roof replacement after storm damage was found. Steve was so helpful and professional through the entire process. In late May of 2024, a major hailstorm occurred in my area, and I found the need to have a qualified roofer who could walk with the insurance adjuster to assure I had an advocate on my side in dealing with my insurance provider. Jason showed up and walked the property with the adjuster to assure all items which were damaged during the hailstorm were addressed. Once the claim was approved, Jason and his team went to work to replace my roof. Stronghold's installers were highly professional and where able to install a new roof on a 2,500 square foot house in less than a couple of days.
