The only downfall was having to wait several days for the estimate/contract before they would start. I actually had to call several times to request it, and was told "she's working on it". Usually not a problem but I had sewer sanitation pipes broken and leaking up through slab into house.

This is a top notch plumbing company!! My regular plumber wasn't available and he recommended C&C to take care of a suspected gas leak discovered by Atmos during a pipe/meter replacement. Miles and another gentleman came out and found 3 small leaks and made all the necessary repairs for a very reasonable cost. They even contacted the city for the inspection and permit and then conducted a quick test in the morning; to ensure everything was still good to prevent any fluctuation. Front office staff is also very helpful with questions. I now know who to call when my regular plumber isn't available. I wish I'd known about them last week when we had a water leak at the meter. Went with a national chain and paid way to much. I cannot recommend these guys more.

C&C sent Heath to find the blockage to my sewer line. On repair day Dylan was sent to cut out the damaged pipe and install the replacement pipe. Both were extremely professional and did not waste any time making short work of the tasks. The price was reduced to reflect the work I did to dig out the line myself. Extremely satisfied.

They just did some work for me yesterday and replaced antifrost faucet outside my house. Excellent job ,on time, and for a good price. They even put an access panel inside the garage where they had to cutout to get to the pipes. I'm very satisfied and I do recommend.

Pros: The phone staff is friendly and seems knowledgeable.
I got a next-day appointment when I called late in the afternoon to schedule.
Polite workers unclogged my kitchen sink in about 20 min using a snake outside.
Charged the hourly rate.
Cons: No one called to say the workers would arrive more than an hour past my 2 hr time window.
Paid with a card and the worker wrote the card info on a receipt and said the company will run the charge in a few days and email the receipt. This process doesn't give me any assurance that my card info is secure enough for my standards. There are definitely more modern and customer- friendly ways to handle this, but it would cost the company. I assume that's why it's not in place. Too bad.
