Great customer service and knowledgeable staff

Professional, experienced, and personable employees from the office to the job site. Very busy because they are all excellent at what they do but they are worth the wait.

Starbrite Electric is one of the most knowledgeable Contractors and Generator installers I know. They provide great customer service from consultationto start up.

I called them and the lady on the phone said someone would arrive today. A guy called me back not too long later and told me they don’t have anyone and if it’s after 5, it’ll be the overtime charge. I called the office back and asked if they can go tomorrow morning and they said they don’t have availability until next week. I asked if something happened and they stated they put other “emergency” issues ahead of our call. They aren’t reliable, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I have to say these guys do not deserve a 5 star rating. They initially installed my three phase service, crossed the high leg with a low leg which damaged equipment with no offer of compensation. They committed to returning to finish my electrical service but never returned or called. I brought in other electricians which pointed out that the earth grounding of the electrical panel was insufficient. They really went down hill after their founder died. Beware.
