Something in my outside unit exploded. It literally sounded like a car backfiring. I was talking with my neighbour when it happened. I called and someone answered right away. I got lucky and he was able to come over the same day. He replaced the part and was on his way. I was elated. I thought for sure that I would be fussing with this for a good two weeks. Very happy.
