When another company's technician told me I needed to spend $1000 to repair my unit and then recommended replacement, I contacted Diamond Air for a second opinion. Rance and Blaine evaluated my system and determined it could be repaired for less than $400. They were knowledgeable, professional, efficient and friendly. I am now a Diamond Air customer.

Chelsey took care of our scheduling needs and very prompt! Blaine took his time to explain our problem, what would happen and what needed to be done to fix it. I also really like how they will call you to let you know they're on the way. Every employee we have encountered is respectful with your property, they do not leave a mess and always wear shoe covers inside! I will continue to refer my friends and family to Diamond Air over and over.

Rance and Blaine were very nice to work with. I appreciate them taking time to explain the company warranty. We were not rushed and asked plenty of questions, which they were able to answer on the spot. Best of all, the have round the clock service and are a small local business that I will continue to support!

Techs arrived on time and were very professional. Had an entire system replacement. They finished ahead of schedule and took care of everything. They cleaned up properly and made sure all systems were working correctly before leaving. Would highly recommend.

One of the hottest days of the year so far and my AC system went down. Diamond Air sent out Rance and he got it back up and cooling lightning fast! Rance was very honest and answered all my questions. He even told me about their Club membership, a great savings since Diamond Air will be the only company that I use for my HVAC services. If you need a company you can trust, with great employees that take the time to do the job right, give Diamond Air a call!

I get the same Technician pretty much every visit. He is always smiling, polite, and answers all my questions. Would definitely recommend the membership for twice yearly check ups

We chose to join the club a couple years ago and it has proven to be a fantastic decision. Customer service is excellent, crew is reliable and respectful, and we really appreciate receiving a photo and text notice of the technician sent to our home.

Within an our of calling, Rance and Blaine were at our house checking out our ac unit. After diagnosing the problem they gave us the game plan and started working to fix the problem. This was seriously the most pain free experience we have had, when it comes to fixing issues with our house. We are happy with the work and grateful they fixed it so quickly. Both Rance and Blaine were professional and courteous. They explained everything to us and told us what to expect. We can’t say enough good things about the two of them. They were great!! Thanks for helping us out when we needed you!! They also mentioned the owners of the company were good people and they(Rance and Blaine)enjoy what they do. That made us feel comfortable signing up for the Diamond club membership.

Rance and Cayden were very professional. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They were very honest about what needed to be done. (Just ended up needing Freon) And the company sent a text with a photo of Rance so we knew who they were sending before they they arrived. I fully recommend them to everyone. Diamond Air is amazing! From diagnosis, cost estimates, repair/replace process, and clean up everything is explained with questions answered fully. Team members are always polite, respectful & diligent. Bonus for me today was an assist with a snake removal from my pool- thanks Blaine! Never had a negative experience!

Since using Diamond Air I have had no problems with my service. I would not even CONSIDER using anybody else! Ben is always so thoughtful and caring about any questions or concerns. Rance is extremely great at his job,and has the most patience you can imagine! When I called to make an appointment, the technicians were able to come out the very next day. They were on time, very knowledgeable and professional. I had to replace a few parts on two units and pay for the service call. One of the technicians, Rance, told me about their Diamond Club plan and how much money it would save me even on this visit. The plan basically pays for itself. I was able to sign up immediately. The technicians were very honest and left everything very clean.
It is refreshing to find genuine, hardworking, people that offer good customer service! I’m glad to be a Diamond Club Member!

Knowledgeable and always professional and are a good value. They are still a very good service provider. Good people. They installed a total home system a few years ago. That system is keeping cool and warm. It has not had many issues at all. They have a service agreement program. It pays for itself. They are a great value. If you want a reliable air and heating company, they are it. No buts or ifs. They come out and do system maintenance checks for a one time fee every year. It makes that any system problems if there are any, are sure to be caught easily. Everyone that has come out to my home have been totally professional. I am not easy to trust. I trust them

Ben Moreno at Diamond Air was top notch. I got quotes from 5 different HVAC contractors, 3 local and 2 national. Diamond Air not only had the best price, but also the best service.

Ben was very responsive and honest and quickly answered all of my questions. He was also the only contractor to notice that there was an addition with a window unit and recommended bumping the unit up a half ton to push more air to that area. It showed that he cared and was paying attention to our needs.

Once booked with Diamond Air they gave us a date and time and they were there like clockwork. The guys were extremely efficient and clean. They covered the floors and wore masks and could not be more polite. They also left some filters and have checked in to make sure everything was good.

We started to notice a slight rattle, so we called and they sent someone right away. It ended up just being a couple of loose screws so they fixed it up and it's working great.

I would highly recommend Ben Moreno and Diamond Air.

Can’t recommend Diamond Air highly enough! We came home from a vacation to our house temperature in the 80s. In a panic, we called a different company (won’t make that mistake again!) who told us we needed a full system replacement and that it would be between $13,000 and $14,000. We called Diamond Air the next day and they sent their tech, Blaine, out to look at our unit. He spent a ton of time throughly diagnosing the problem. The ultimate fix? Dirty coils, a new capacitor, and topping off our refrigerant. It’s been about an hour since he left and the house is already comfortable again. He also took the time to explain each issue, what steps he took to fix the problem, and why those fixes were needed. He gave us steps for preventative maintenance and double checked his work before he left. Thank you, Blaine and the whole Diamond Air team, for your kind professionalism, honesty, and integrity! I will never call another company for any heat/AC issue.
