I contacted this business because of odd smells and problems with airflow. They fixed duct leaks, thoroughly cleaned the air conditioning system, and used specialized treatment to get rid of smells. During their inspection, they discovered that our dryer was overheating due to a disconnected vent. They described how to maintain our system and were open and honest with no hidden costs. The air is cleaner and our air conditioner is operating more efficiently now! Outstanding, utterly dependable service.

I have been blown away by the quality work, professionalism, and generosity of this company! Exploitative Toward the Elderly – Deceptive, Unethical, and Untrustworthy

Our experience with DB Integrity Water Mitigation Services has been nothing short of **exploitative**. This company was recommended by a trusted family friend, and because I live permanently in Dallas, we allowed them access to our elderly parents’ home in San Antonio to evaluate a minor leak in a guest bathroom and determine the damage the leak caused. The visit was supposed to be a walk-through consultation only— yet no pricing was discussed, and no formal quote was ever provided.

Aaron moved forward with demolition and had a digital contract signed not by the rightful party (my mother) but by her husband — a 100% disabled veteran who is nearly deaf. My mother, although co-owner of the home, is bedridden from a massive stroke and suffers from vision impairment that prevents her from reading or understanding contracts. She did not sign the documents herself, nor was she in any condition to give informed consent.

To make matters worse, the project proceeded with no consultation, no tentative quote, and a contract that seems to protect everyone except the consumer. Even more concerning, when I requested the signed contract from Nicole, the version she provided still had no pricing or formal estimate listed anywhere. This is extremely predatory, especially knowing DB Integrity can simply file a mechanic’s lien — regardless of whether insurance pays — to try to extract payment from elderly homeowners or any homeowners in general.

To add insult to injury, I didn’t hear from anyone at DB Integrity for nearly 30 days after the work took place. Then, out of nowhere, I received a call from Nicole, attempting to collect payment. I asked her to send me a copy of the contract and any supporting documentation. She told me the total was $11,000 — and said if I couldn’t get my mother to finance the amount or simply pay the balance owed, a mechanic’s lien would be filed by the end of the week. My mother and father are in their late seventies, bedridden, partially blind from a stroke, and absolutely not applying for financing or giving out her Social Security number under these shady circumstances.

We also later learned that Aaron falsely told the insurance adjuster the damage was storm-related — wind and hail — which is completely false. A licensed plumber had already confirmed the damage was due to faulty ductwork, not weather. Because of this misrepresentation, insurance denied the claim, and my parents were left with a surprise bill for demolition — despite never receiving an upfront estimate or explanation.

Then, just Wednesday or Thursday, my mother was told by Nicole that **Aaron had been terminated** and that the amount had been “reduced” to $5,000. But when I followed up with Nicole by email and phone, she never responded again. No breakdown. No written estimate. No revised invoice. No accountability.

We allowed three full business days, including the weekend, for Nicole or the company to respond to our written concerns — even as of today, Monday, July 21, 2025, at 6:30 PM, we have received no response.

We are now fully prepared to fight this through every legal and consumer protection avenue, including filing formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General, relevant licensing boards, and consumer watchdog agencies. Any lien filed under these conditions will be legally challenged under Texas Property Code.

This company’s actions are manipulative, misleading, and dangerous — especially for elderly homeowners. If you care about transparency, integrity, or protecting your loved ones from financial exploitation, do not trust DB Integrity Water Mitigation Services.

This company is awesome to work with, they do a great job with the projects and customers issues.

Cannot say enough about Dillon and his team. I called multiple other restoration companies and dealt with slow or no response at all! I literally waited weeks for quote from one of the big name companies in the area (rhymes with Servpro). When I finally found DB Integrity, they were quick to get guys out to my property and provide an informative assessment. The estimate was fair, and they did excellent work! They were also forthcoming when it came to our options for proper treatment and mold removal. Their name says it all! I’d recommend them to anyone needing mitigation or restoration work.

I cannot recommend DB Integrity enough! Their team was professional, responsive, and compassionate about the stressful situation we were dealing with. They arrive quickly, assessed the water damage thoroughly, and walked me through every step of the restoration process.

DB Integrity has been amazing from start to finish. After a massive water leak caused over $80,000 in damages, I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. Once the plumbers finished, I called DB Integrity—and their response was quick. Jason, the owner, personally came out. I couldn’t have been blessed with a better person to help in such a stressful time. He is extremely knowledgeable, explained every step, and made sure I understood what needed to be done.

From that first day, his team showed up consistently and got to work. Jason assigned me a case manager (that’s what I call him! 😅) named Aaron, and I honestly don’t know how he has so much patience. I called him constantly with questions, requests, and ideas, and he always answered or called back right away. The communication has been excellent, which gave me peace of mind.

Because of how trustworthy and professional they were from the beginning, I decided to use DB Integrity for the reconstruction as well. That was the best decision I could have made. Aaron and Rudy packed my home with care and made sure everything was stored safely in an AC unit so nothing was ruined. Ernesto rebuilt my walls and painted beautifully, and Oscar’s flooring work is the best I’ve ever had—his attention to detail put the last company I used to shame.

This team truly stands by their name. The “Integrity” in DB Integrity is exactly what I’ve experienced. If you’re facing a similar situation, I want you to know there’s a company you can trust to handle your home with honesty, professionalism, and heart. I’ve been blessed by this entire team, and I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dillion and staff! We had a leak in our master bathroom resulting in extensive damage. Integrity came right over and got to work. Even after our insurance denied our claim they fought hard to get that decision reversed! AND THEY DID! I now have a beautiful master bath. Dillion and the entire crew were respectful, understanding and helpful throughout the entire mitigation and rebuild! Thank you again, Kenneth and Terri!

DB integrity was recommended to us and I am so glad. In addition to doing amazing work on the water mitigation and remodel, Dillon walked us through the very confusing insurance processes and advised us along the way. This was an excellent company to work with and I would absolutely recommend.

BUYER BEWARE! I had a mold inspection report done with this company. They make it sound like and also claim to be a one stop shop, but they are not licensed to do plumbing or drywall repair at all. I purchased this report when looking to upgrade our bathroom. They came out to do the report. I paid for it. They wanted me to file a claim on my insurance. Buyer beware that this is what they really are after, the insurance money! I only say that because after actually filing a claim with my insurance and wanting to give this company some business, they sent a pretty hateful message, which I’m sure was not meant for me, stating that I was a waste of time, even though they made money off of the one visit they had. In my opinion, they shouldn’t have integrity in their name because of how they talk about customers behind their backs. I am so appalled at this behavior since what one of the owners just texted me is so different than how they present themselves in person and over the phone.

Wow!!! I can’t say enough good things about how this company took care of a scary situation. I was in another country when water damage occurred and Dillon B. Was able to ease my worries until I returned. He and his team were outstanding. Nicole in the office was awesome negotiating with the bad insurance company. The foreman of the clean up, restoration and remodel, Ernesto, was incredible. Ernesto and his 2 other co-workers took great care in restoring and remodeling my townhome.

Thwy did around my new inground pool and several monrhs later it started to bubble up around t edges on the inside around the pool, they came back to fix it after SEVERAL phone calls... Months later I noticed bubbles on the surface and it is now peelng off EVERYWHERE !!! I was told it only had an 8 month warranty !!?? SHOWS THEY DON'T SYAND BEHIND THEIR WORK VERY MUCH ! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM AS IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !! Everyone that comes over wants to know what happened to my cement?? I tell em that it is THAT KOOLKOTE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE SOME GOOD STUFF !! :((
