Ours is an older home and has some odd issues. This team always works with us, in deciding the best way to manage the issues to move forward. They have squeezed in visits to maintain the area for my elderly Mother assisting us to keep her environment in a good comfort zone.

I have been a customer for about 4 years. I am so appreciative of their service and expertise. In this year I have had to incidences, one in the winter and one this past weekend. Their responce time was great and my services were down only for a minimal amount of time. Thank you Air Pro!

Paul Sepeda arrived on time, introduced himself to me, and was very professional. He provided me with a couple of options for the repair. He wore a face mask and shoe covers. He was very approachable, thorough and friendly. I highly recommend this company. Great experience.

Fast friendly service! My AC unti at my home stopped working the day before the 4th of July weekend and we thought we would have to go without ac for the weekend in the hot Texas heat. Air Pro cooling sent a technician named Paul to our home immediately who was very friendly and courteous and fixed our ac problem. Highly recommend this great company!

Best price, best customer service. The gentlemen I worked with were helpful, candid about the pros and cons of the different AC models they offered, and had the best price of the three companies I got quotes from. They even went out of their way to set up a portable AC unit in my room pending the actual AC installation so my two small children and I could sleep comfortably in my room. They installed the AC quickly and professionally, answered all my questions about maintenance, and gave me tips for routine care for the unit. Highly recommend!!!

Paul came out on time and was very professional. He was even nice enough to cover his shoes each time he came in and out despite my dogs having muddied the floor. He took care of the situation in about an hour and I am very grateful. I definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking to have their system serviced/fixed.

Update, March 2022, Had Air Pro rework the ducts upstairs to create better airflow. John and his partner were professional and courteous. While the work was being done there was a few spots where the sheetrock nails came out, but Robert and Airpro took care of the minor issue. Highly recommend AirPro Cooling & Heating!!!

AirPro has serviced both of my properties. One in San Antonio and the other in Spring Branch. Phenomenal service! I will NOT allow any other HVAC to service my units. John, Rob, Mary consistently provide me value. Their ability to communicate effectively on emergency and service is a quality that is unmeasurable.

glad they could fix my system. other places had a higher service call price and said that this would be removed from the price if repaired. not happy, but ok, the other companies said, i needed the system replace. after the techs said everything was good. i asked if they put the system back together they said yes. they left i went to check, the didn't put the cover plates back on the system. not happy. happy they didn't try to sell me a new system.

We had a winter maintenance done on our furnace today, including cleaning the coils (which we had done last year by another company). My husband and I could not be happier with the service. Initially, there was a misunderstanding on what exactly this entailed; however, the young man, John, performing the maintenance, corrected the misunderstanding immediately, and continued with the maintenance service. He was extremely polite, and very hard working. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends.

Friendly, courteous, dependable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, affordable…these are attributes I would associate with this company and its personnel.
On a personal note “Thank You” to Paul for making this a less stressful experience, answering all our questions, and not leaving a mess to clean up.

My air conditioner stopped cooling my house in the middle of July, and I was convinced I had a catastrophic leak or something else terrible. David from Air Pro came out, inspected my system and quickly determined that I was low on freon, most likely due to normal gradual loss rather than something terrible. He refilled the system, stayed to make sure it was working properly and the temperature was holding, and now my house is cool and comfortable again, for a lot less money than I was expecting. I highly recommend Air Pro, and will call them next time I need work done (including the routine system checks that would have prevented this in the first place)

Paul Sepeda was our AirPro technician. He was on time, courteous, clean and demonstrated a great knowledge our HVAC system. He did everything we asked for and more, and did it thoroughly. He answered all our questions, and gave us multiple options for some needed work. He did not "oversell" any high-priced option. We would recommend Paul in a heart beat...a real "keeper"!
