Damian was amazing! I was nervous to have this type of work done with patients in the office but Damian and the team worked efficiently and cleanly. Best outcome I could have hoped for.

These people care about their work. Very professional and easy to work with. The pack out team (Jacob, Michael and newcomer Brandon) was phenomenal. They bubble wrapped all of the furniture and fragile items. As Air Force veterans, my husband and I have lots of experience with movers and I wish we’d had this team for our PCS’s. Juan from mitigation is a real professional. He knows his stuff. Corey showed up at 5:30 in the morning to start pulling out water even though he’s the mitigation manager! He really cared about our situation. Our contractors for walls, painting, flooring, and cabinets were awesome as well. Brett, the manager of the group, is so positive and reassuring.

Josh Noriega was awesome! He came to do an evaluation to my home and was very clear in explaining what he was checking for and what his company does.
He is a very professional and kind person, I highly recommend him and his company (Crown Restoration) for your home restoration needs.

Juan came to my house in the middle of the night when I had an emergency leak and got to work right away. He and his team were very professional the entire time and did a great job explaining everything to me. They made a disaster in my home seem bearable and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

When we were moving into our home we had just purchased, we walked in to a puddle of water dripping from the ceiling! Talk about a new homeowner’s worst nightmare. Chris and Tom were there in an hour, checking out the damage and assessing everything to ensure the right course of action. It was after hours on a Sunday and they made sure they didn’t leave until all the damage was addressed, all the equipment was set up properly, and we were well informed of what was going on. AND ON TOP OF THAT they continued to check on the progress throughout the week to make sure there was progress being made. Wow! Tom was very communicative about the situation and all that was happening to fix it. We were so incredibly lucky to have found a company like this in our time of need.

I had the pleasure of working with Damian and his crew. They were, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional in every aspect. Crown Restoration gave exceptional service and went above and beyond for me.

Crown did a wonderful job. They were very prompt and professional. We had several estimates, and I felt like crown did the most detailed inspection and truly did all of the work that insurance was going to require in order to pay for the job. They came every day to check the moisture readings as they said they would. They also called ahead of each of these times and didn’t just show up which was appreciated. Their time frames were also accurate. They stated 3 to 5 days to dry from the water damage and it took exactly 3 days. They also provided the name with a reconstruction person who was able to come the same day. All in all I would use them again without question. Five stars all around.

Crown Restoration did an excellent job in restoring our life back to normal after the water damage that occurred. The project manager Brandon, David and his restoration team, and AB and his moving team, and even Betty from the office all did a great job. They were all courteous, knowledgeable, and they listened to the customer. We would not hesitate to use them again. Great job team!!!

Crown restoration did an amazing job of answering right away when we had fire and smoke damage in our garage and quickly coming out and assessing and putting us at ease with their approach which was both thorough and also completely considerate of health concerns we had from residue and cleanup. Brodie and the staff that I worked with were the best o could have imagined and were so patient, kind and informative the whole way - thank you for all this Crown Restoration!!

Dristen and Tom had great customer service and walked me through everything. I was thinking whats gonna happen next looks like a big project!! But they assured me everything was just in a days work and were very personable! Restoration was completed in one day.. they were on time and took care when going in and out of my house and made sure to clean up after themselves..Great guys means great company. Id def recommend.

Damian was great! We had a leak and were worried about water damage. Crown restoration was able to dry everything up and save us from a big hassle.

Crown Restoration did an excellent job! We had a leak at the house and they came (at night) and setup machines to help the wet areas dry so that things didn't get worse. Tom did an excellent job. He was very helpful throughout the process!

This has been a pleasurable experience from start to finish. The owner stayed in touch with me while I delt with My insurance claim and once we were ready to go, they were able to squeeze me in right away. Nate was my first rep to come out and set up the fans. He was really nice and professional. Juan came the next day to pick up the fans and he was also very nice and professional. Awesome, trustworthy company who knows what they doing. Damian, my mitigation technician was helpful and very knowledgeable. He also did a thorough inspection to accurately determine the extent of the areas impacted. Would highly recommend.

Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He came right to the rescue when we has a small flood due to a burst pipe. The water was quickly removed and dryed out. He aleviated our concerns about possible mold growth by doing a thorough investigation. We are grateful to have found Crown Restoration and Josh.

After our home flooded we were referred to Crown Restoration. They sent a team out immediately. Josh and Damian were great! They removed all the damaged flooring and materials right away. They were professional and knowledgeable. Thanks guys for doing a great job and taking care of our home.

Damien came out to my home to fix some water damage. He gave a detailed estimate within a couple hours and was sure to answer any questions I had. He also did a thorough job on the damaged areas, ripping out wood flooring, dry wall, etc. to clean properly. The office (Cindy) has been great with communication as well.
