SERVPRO of Schertz did an outstanding job remodeling our kitchen and replacing the countertop in our guest bathroom. The kitchen remodel included reducing the two tier island to one level and installing new quartz countertops, removing old backsplash and replacing with new tile, and building a new liquor cabinet with upper glass doors to match existing kitchen cabinets. The island work included demolition and rebuild of our stone island and installing new quartz countertops. They also installed a new gas stove top and quartz top along back wall and replaced old backsplash with new tile. The new cabinet turned out great for they matched the existing kitchen cabinets perfectly. In.the guest bathroom we had them tear out the old countertop and sinks and replace with quartz and new sinks.

Everyone was very curtious and helpful. They did a great job remodeling. David Bautista and Geraldo Contreras were exceptional.

Hope, Hailey, Tony and the rest of the crew were awesome. They came out on a Saturday, full day, as well as Sunday, 1/2 day, to clean our house that had major smoke damage from a fire on the back porch. They did a wonderful job cleaning up all the soot that had come into our home. They were more than willing to share their expertise as we went through all our affected items. They shared information regarding fires, soot, how the soot interacts with household items, rugs, mats, ceiling fans, etc., that we had no knowledge of before this incident. I would recommend Hope and her team without any reservation to anyone who asks.

We sincerely appreciate the care, concern and hard work of Christian and his team from ServPro of Schertz Central, Cibolo. They came in and did a good job of mold removal from a leak in our master bathroom. We ended up removing the entire bathroom cabinet, and they took great care in also removing the wall board behind the part of the cabinet that had the water damage. The commercial air purification system they used worked well to help remove any mold spores. We recommend this company.

UPDATE: We decided to stay with ServPro of Schertz Central, Cibolo for the remodel phase of our project and we are so glad we did. Conrad Ochoa and his experienced team made our master bathroom so much better than the original! Conrad walked us through everything with patience and care. He helped us choose the new bathroom fixtures, etc. that we needed. He ordered them and coordinated all the work that needed to be done. They redid one whole wall and part of another one, matching the paint and molding exactly, finished the floor with tile to accommodate the bathroom cabinet we chose that is on legs, moved the plumbing to fit the cabinet, replaced the large walk-in shower door and put up a large mirrored medicine cabinet over the double sink cabinet and put another wall cabinet in the toilet area and replaced the toilet paper holder. They did all this in 2 days and did it well! We are very satisfied with the quality of the work. The price was very reasonable which was very important to us since our insurance would not cover the project since we didn't meet the requirements of reporting the leak within a 2 week deadline of the first instance. We want to say Thank you to all the people of ServPro for helping us with this project.

Servpro put my home back together! I had a toilet overflow in the upstairs bathroom that resulted in damage to 5 rooms! David Bautista and his Servpro crew came to the rescue! The reconstruction was not as straightforward as expected due to unforeseen factors. As a result, it took several months to complete. However, David and his project crew handled each barrier with professionalism, skill, and precision. The project crew was always respectful of me and my home. I had some water damage repair done in my home with ServPro and like most homeowners, I was a bit nervous because I wasn’t familiar with this company. The Project Manager assigned to me was David Bautista. The moment I met him, he put my mind at ease. He explained the entire process and assured me he had the best crew and they would do the work properly. David was extremely professional, very patient and thorough in checking the final project to ensure it was done in accordance with the scope of work and to my satisfaction. I am amazed at how quickly and how efficiently, his team Eduardo and Jorge completed the job. Thank you David for all you did to restore my home; job well done!

Unfortunately, my family and I experienced a fire and lost half of our home. Our insurance recommended several companies who specialize in Fire clean up etc. But ultimately a contractor buddy said you have to go with Servpro you won’t regret it.. So we did. It was the best decision my husband and I made! The production manager Christian DeHoyos explained the entire process of what their job entailed. He was professional but kind and understanding considering what my family and I were going through. Then we met the clean up and demo crew! Anthony, Katherine, Michelle and Ellie the best group of people you’ll ever meet! So personable and so down to earth. You can tell they love what they do.They left our home immaculate! They cleaned our walls, our floors , our clothes our bathroom, tried their best to salvage our sentimental belongs as best as they could 🥰 … and that just warms my heart.I could go on and on. We were so impressed with their professionalism and kindness. This is the team you want on your side hands down. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars ⭐️!! They most definitely deserve it! Our family was awakened one morning by a neighbor letting us know that our barn/workshop was on fire. It took the fire department over an hour to put it out, and the damage was severe. Fortunately, the Servpro team from Cibolo removed all debris from the damage and completely restored our building. Their work was timely and superb, as you can see in the last two photos. Other than a little smoke damage that remains inside, you can't even tell there was a fire. Our Project Lead, David Bautista, was outstanding. David kept us informed throughout the process. He hired a great team of contractor specialists (carpenters/painters/electricians, etc.), and each group was professional and did exceptional work. I'm a person who likes to be involved in anything important, like the restoration of our barn, and David was very patient with me, answered all my questions, and addressed my special requests. I don't think the job would've gone as well as it did without David's leadership and patience.

I couldn’t be happier with the pond LoneStar Waterscapes built. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. It turned the yard into a peaceful place to spend time.

They are very expensive on unloading and loading before and after the service that is performed. $600 charged for 30 minutes set up and 30 minutes packing up and trip charge. It’s in the quote as a deposit but it is actually a fee you will owe in addition to the work. Nice dad and son team though

We can highly recommend Chris to install your Aquascape feature. We love ours and so do the birds.

Really liked the guy, but pricing is way off.
$300 trip fee then $150 plus materials for a simple pump swap for a fountain?
I got someone out for $100.
Please don’t gouge your customers.

Chris has done a superb job cleaning my pond and installing an overflow valve for when the 106-degree weather was causing the water to evaporate rapidly! He was careful when cleaning the pond to preserve my lilies...really enjoying the waterfalls working as intended because of Chris's maintenance.

A huge thank you to Chris and Trevor! They arrived on time, were very neat and organized, and did an outstanding job cleaning and doing maintenance on our backyard pondless water feature. We will definitely be return customers! I highly recommend Lone Star Waterscapes!
