We have tried to contact the company several times after their service. They have not returned our calls and messages.

They did a great job at a fair price. My husband was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.

Had them out to fix control box etc. Showed up early and took great care of me fantastic service !

Worst company, We just use them they did a bad job in the 11010 county road , they didn’t fix anything they mess everything up we have to call another company to come fix it the right way.

Thunder Well and Pump is amazing! We were pulling our own submersible well pump when the D-ring that the rope was tied to broke off of the top of the pump. Of course it was a Friday afternoon... Joel came out right away and pulled the pump for us for a very modest amount of money. He was also kind enough to give us some advice about dropping the new pump back in. (We were on a serious budget for this project.) I absolutely highly recommend Thunder Well and Pump Service for all of your residential well needs!!

They made quick work on replacing my well and they were there within a few hours of calling. And it was affordable to top it all off.

Joel got to the house before time I was told. Looked at well pump pressure switch, told me cause and options. Been a few years since service, went with new switch and gauges and extension pipe on pump pipe/switch. 100% professional, very polite and good at his craft. Highly recommend this company..

Can't get any better. They installed a new well pump and didn't Bill me for 2 months. Several months later the power went out on the pump. I called them, and they were here in 2 hours. They rewired the pump, everything worked great, and never got a bill. These people are awesome.

Called first time this past winter, to purchase a well house. Promised to come out but never did, despite numerous calls from us and promises from them. Just never called or came out. Tried again 2 wks ago. Gave us an invoice and promised delivery Mon, Tues or Wed. Would call us w/more definite info. Despite phone calls and promises, no one showed up. Called them today to cancel order. If they didn't want to sell it to us, they could have said so. Buying from someone else now. Don't think I would call it customer "service," but it was the worst we have experienced. NO STARS for them!

Thunder pump has gone above and beyond. His quality is top notch and his pride in his work is outstanding. 4 storage tanks 2 wells and 1 outstanding set up. Highly recommended this company for any well needs. Thank you for taking care of us.

Silas and Joel have been great to work with. I initially went with them because they were innovative with their approach (Yes, innovative with water wells). The installation process was smooth and they worked with my schedule. During a cold spell, I had an issue with the well. We had a newborn and company at the house and Thunder came out that morning and fixed the problem. I highly recommend the VFD system.

Thunderpump did an awesome job for me and my business. Came out on what should have been their day off and got me out of a major bind. Can’t thank them enough for their help. Highly recommend and will continue using them in the future. Thanks again.

I travel a lot for work and so when I use a company I need them to take care of the problem because my wife doesn’t necessarily want to deal with it. With that being said, first time I use these guys amazing customer service took care of the problem, and the source of the problem and got everything running. Second time came out and fixed the problem but my wife still had to deal with the cause of the problem and she said the service was subpar. I would probably still use them because I know there’s a chance I will get good service, but it looks like it could be hit or miss.

Absolutely the worst service of any company I've ever dealt with. They were paid to dig our well the end of May, they didn't show up to actually do the job until mid July. Barely doing any work during the day and showing up late. It's been a week since they started the job and it's STILL not done. I'm pretty disgusted with their work ethic. I've called and haven't heard back about completion of their work. I wouldn't reccomend their company to anyone.

Thunder pump is so awesome! They had the control box we needed & even contacted us today to make sure if we had water or not, & we didnt. So they gave us directions and a great price . they were also so friendly & greeted us when we walked. If anyone needs plumbing supplies you should call these guys.

I had discolored water coming into the house. I called these folks and they came out the same day - in the biggest rain of the year (yes, it rained in Lubbock!). They diagnosed the issue to be a broken bladder in the tank. The installation of the new tank was very quick and I was back up and running with clear water again just a few hours after my initial call. The two (2) men that came and helped me were DJ and Kyler. From the phone call to the end result, these folks were professional, courteous, and hard working. Until yesterday, I had never heard of Thunder Well, but I will not hesitate to use them again. Thank you very much!

Called these guys and had to leave a message to get our well serviced. Didn’t hear from them for weeks and then all of a sudden, I received a call from them asking for better directions to my house. Don’t blame them for needing directions because the numbers are all screwed up near my place. Although, I didn’t hear a thing from these guys, I have to still rate them pretty high because they explained to me they’ve been crazy busy and they came out after 5pm to help up out. They fixed the pressure on our well and they answered questions we had about how to get our above ground pool filter to work with or without the wells assistance.
Big props also to the guys because they could have easily just helped up and left, but after they fixed our water pressure, they went down to each house on our street and asked them if they were having problems with their water pressure.
Nice people, great service. Would recommend.

We had a busted pvc pipe and a small electric fire in our control box.
Thunder pump did awesome repairing the damages, John and his colleague were very professional and friendly. They explained what they did, were fast and courteous and didn’t leave a mess behind like some contractors. I highly recommend them for any work on water well systems.

Lost our water pressure on a Saturday evening. Just moved to this area and asked for recommendations on our local FB page. Thunder Well had the most recommendations. Then the owner commented with his phone number and said to give him a call. Called him and he came right out and fixed our problem. We will DEFINITELY be using them in the future. We will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you Joel!!! You are a lifesaver!
