Affordable Appliance was hired by a warranty company that I have to come repair the icemaker on my refrigerator. An hour or so after the repair and after the repair man had left, the refrigerator completely went out. Tried calling affordable appliance that day as well as the next (a Friday) and did not receive a return call until Monday. Unfortunately, all food in the fridge was ruined by that time. Once I did receive a return call, I was told that I’d have to open another ticket with the warranty company to have AA come back out to inspect the damage. What???!!! A company so indebted to another company that they don’t even attempt to stand behind their work. I’ll pass on Affordable Appliance, going forward. They ended up costing me more money.
