Tree reviews in Shenandoah, Texas

Great customer service, very welcoming friendly employee, I recommend Houston to come out and enjoy!! BEST SERVICE EVERR!!

I don’t know how they can have a 5.0 rating here. We hired them to remove a tree and stumps They were to con out on Monday and never showed. Called them and they said they had truck issues and would come out on Tuesday. They at least called and cancelled this time. Set up for them to come out Friday afternoon when I got home from work after noon. They show up at 9am. I left work to meet them luckily my wife was still home and let them in. I was home in less than 20 minutes and they had already left. They did not finish the job, never followed up (correction-they did call me, however Ii was at work and my phone was on silent. They did not however leave a voicemail). and charged my card for over $900.

UPDATE: They have said that they will refund the money I was overcharged if I would remove my review because according to them it wasn’t completely honest. I have however edited my review to correct this.

I am so glad I chose Doctor Tree Pro to trim our large river birch in the front yard. First, Cesar & his Amazing team were professional and represented the company very well When they finished the trimming they showed me everything that was done to make sure I was happy with the work. They cleaned everything up to the point that you wouldn't even know they were even there. Even though they trimmed a lot of branches from the tree, it still looks natural. Very good communication, Friendly & prices you can not beat! Very satisfied and will use them again!!!! Doctor Tree Pro understood the assignment!

We are very pleased with the work on our trees by Doctor tree pro. I highly recommend Cesar & his team! Very satisfied with the quality of their work and Thankful. Get at them if you want Top-Notch work

I had a great experience with this tree service company from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive when I reached out for a quote. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect my property while removing and trimming trees. Cleanup was thorough—they left my yard looking better than when they arrived. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality tree work.

Had an emergency tree trimming job that needed to be done. Even though I was a little out of the way, they didn't deny me. Cesar and his team were so helpful and let me know how it would be done and how much, which, honestly was a great price! He was careful, efficent and professional which I appreciate. Thank y'all Doctor Tree Pro I will continue to use their services and highly recommend!

Dr. Tree Pro and their team did excellent work on my property! They were super efficient and they took precautions to make sure the result was outstanding. Once their team was finished with my trees it just looked incredible! Their work is amazing so I definitely advise anyone who needs work done to go through them! I especially commend Cesar for really working with me on the quotes and getting everything situated. He proficiently explained the entire process which was really beneficial, not to mention that he and his team are very skilled. Dr. Tree Pro has great prices and overall a great team, thank you, guys!

Cesar and his crew were very professional with their work ethics and with their communicating with me.
I had 5 trees to be trimmed and when they left,
I could not tell they had been there.
They cleaned up very well!!!
I asked from the trees for some of the mulch and limbs for planting and barbecuing, and they did that for me by sitting it aside. The price I thought at first was a little pricey, but because they were bonded, it made a big difference and calming for me Not To Worry!!!!
They did what I asked to be done!!!!!
I was very much satisfied!!!
I would recommend these Guys to My Best Friends!!!!
Thank You All Very Much!!!!
