I have tried multiple times to get Shane to my home to give me an estimate. The first time we were scheduled, he had to cancel. The second time, I had to cancel. Then months went by that I did not try to reschedule because I asked via text if they worked on weekends. He never responded. I tried to contact other electricians and none of them responded. So, I called Shane again and we spoke. I told him I wanted to get on his schedule. He said he would call me later that night since he was on a job site. I told him he could me as late as 9pm or the next day. NEVER heard back from him. A week later I texted him with a reminder I want to get on a schedule. NO response. Another week later, I texted him again with a reminder I want to get on his schedule. TO THIS DATE HE HAS NOT RESPONDED. Either he is that busy or he is very unreliable and can't take the time for new customers. IF he is that busy, hire someone to hand the office. GEEZE! Moving on...

If I could give this company 10 stars I would!! Joshua replaced 2 ceiling fans and not only was his work impeccable, but you’d never know he was there because of how quiet he was working. He cleaned up when he was done and even organized the old ceiling fan pieces together so I could easily put them where they needed to go later. I would recommend this company to anyone!
