Frank Sanchez of Blastin Clean did an excellent job power washing my stucco home. He was able to remove all of the mold that had developed as a result of all of the rain this winter. Frank was very professional and easy to work with. I would 100% recommend him.

Frank came out on short notice to power wash my home and did an awesome job. He was trustworthy and reasonable. He did the job in about 1 hour and then cleaned up. My house looks like a new paint job. Thanks Frank.

I have to tell it like it is. A year ago you sprayed my house and electrical equipment with bleach, that you drew from a hand held bottle of bleach. The harder you pulled the trigger the more bleach you dispensed. A year later the hole in the lawn is still there and 1/5th of the limbs died on one side of the tree and fell to the ground. You used so many bottles of bleach, that they would have over filled my large city trash can. Leaving no room for my garbage. You became angry when I refused to let you dispose of all the bleach bottles in my trash can. A good company doesn't have a problem cleaning up when they're done. You left your empty bottles in the street, the neighbors property and the worst thing you did was leave two open used bottles of bleach in my Charcoal bin. I hope the bottles weren't full. I threw out the bag of charcoal and rinsed the bin. I did complain while you were there. I told you to stop spraying bleach into my A/C and breaker panel. I complained when you blew a piece of vinyl siding that was nailed down, loose. I complained when I told you you were removing the finish from all my concrete. You didn't stop. I asked you to use the soft pressure wash on my 15 year old vinyl siding. The only place you did that was was when I told you to stop spraying bleach into my electrical system and A/C. You tore a shingle loose. You cleaned out your gun on my roof. I suspect the positive reviews you have here were posted by your friends and family. To move my review further from the top. You say, your gonna give me a refund if give you my address. That's funny! I had to print you out a receipt for my cash payment. Why can't you get it off of that. Hello IRS are you watching. After the last update here, a new dead spot appeared next to the old one. Was that you that drove past my home about 6 months ago slowed down, glared at me and spat out of your window? Your apology is as as bad as your work. Do you do this to every elderly person who foolishly hires you. Are you just a racist or just a bad company. My name is Wilson NOT Williams and you know it. Send me my refund and you'll still be on the hook for a lot more, if that tree dies and I have to have it removed.

As a property manager, I love working with Blastin Clean! They're super easy to communicate with and always reachable. They often perform pressure washing near homes and are mindful of not disturbing residents. I appreciate that they work with me to find a solution to taking care of issues. They're honest, on-top-of it, and do a great job, so I'd recommend them.
