Great outfit. After one reschedule everything went as planned and the fountain looks great. The residents want two more fountains in the lake! We will use Fountain Works again.

I needed fountain lights, and they had very little stock. What they did have the boxes were all opened and haf been gone through already. They had near zero knowledge to help me with what I needed, and their prices were marked up way too much. I found the same lights they had for $40 online when they had them for $197. Don't waste your gas on the drive there. Their website also has no info on products they have, so I had to drive out there just to find out.

Fountain Works is your go-to choice for water feature construction, bar none. The crew they have over there is professional, intelligent, hard-working and personable. But, most importantly, they actually “get” water features. The engineering, the design intent, and everything in between.

Fountain Works played a pivotal role in the completion of one of our major projects located in Midtown. 2 technicians in particular are absolutely outstanding with their work ethic and willingness to complete a sizable maintenance job on a single day’s notice prior to an important forthcoming inspection. I highly recommend Fountain Works to any designer or contractor looking for a dependable water feature specialist. Keep up the great work!

These two men took on a difficult job cleaning our fountain after 12 years of neglect. Fully restored at a reasonable cost. Looks like new. they also cleaned up the job site and were personable and friendly.

I rarely write reviews but they upset me so much. We hired them to clean our fountains after the storm. They came out to clean them and did a great job, however the men who cleaned tripped one of the fountains and could not figure out what happened and spent an hour going in and out of my home trying to figure it out. They then had to have their electrician come out on Monday, who spent about another hour trying to figure it out and claimed he did and the fountain was working again. Well a week later the fountain stopped working again. And they sent out another electrician again and this electrician said we needed to replace the GFCI outlet. Well they had their lady call to give a bid to replace and I explained to their estimate lady that the fountain was working great before their men came to clean it EVEN after the storm but she was adamant that they did not break it (even though the issue only started after her men came and NO other electrical issues exist in the home) and it was our fault and we can pay her electrician to fix what they broke. I advised her that we would not be paying anything additional and she went one to tell me her men didn't break anything and it was our fault so I advised her men to leave and now I have to hire an electrician to come out and fix what they broke. This was our first time using their services and needless to say we will not be using them again.

In the last 4 months I have called them for my fountain not working. They came out and allegedly fixed it to no avail . The problem was back again . On the third time the tech Alfredo alcaron said he came out and the fountain was working perfectly. He did not come out! It was not working and I told them that! It was a lie by Alfredo. They than told me I need a deep cleaning to the tune of over $600 . I asked why I wasn’t told this before. Why did they charge me for 2 repairs when I should have had a deep cleaning. They said it was not the techs job but the offices job and they didn’t do it! So they lied and they charged me for 2 repairs and a deep cleaning. They made no offer of compensation for their repeated mistakes. Repeated lies by this company. No customer service

Estimate sheet is very poorly written. I had to install a pond and I’d my existing small fountain. They used my small fountain pump to connect with the pond and the water was flowing like a trickle.
They said that they only quoted fir a 5 feet pond and not the pump. So ridiculous- very deceptive management ladies Josie and Mariaou.

Excellent worker and worked very hard. When they saw the water trickle, advised me to buy another pump and they installed it for us. They were surprised that their management told them not to give us the pump w installation of the pond.

Our fountain was in need of repair. I contacted Fountan Works. They did a beautiful job of replacing the tiles, cleaning and descaling fountain and fountain feature. The interior was re-epoxied. I am extremely pleased with the work and professionalism of this company. Great job! Highly recommend!

I was looking forward to refurbishing our fountain. Unfortunately, we will have to look elsewhere. They offer estimate quotes online if you upload photos, but this is a bait and switch. They will then say that in order to provide a quote you have to pay $150 for an evaluation. They “seemed” professional so after doing research I agreed for someone to come and quote the work. I signed a contract with the date of my appointment on the agreement. Next week comes and my appointment time of 1-4pm comes around and no one ever shows up. I then call the office around 3:30 looking for an update and someone assures me that they would call me back after speaking with a technician. I never hear back. I call the office at 5pm and no answer. Then I call the next day around 11am and then again at Noon. I figured it was all a joke until I managed to receive a text message at 3pm requesting payment after trying to get a hold of anyone several times. I then call the office and someone finally answers. Apparently, you have to pay them $150 BEFORE they come out just to receive a quote for the actual work you need performed???!!! The work we need completed is roughly in the Thousands of Dollars so the actual need to prepay $150 for a QUOTE is a joke. I will not be using Fountain Works due to the unprofessionalism.

I had a very difficult fountain situation that several other fountain companies turned down. Fountain Works took job and did tremendous work. They purchased and replaced the pump, ran new electrical wiring, sealed leaks, and installed new fiber optic lights.

It was a long slog, but the end results are fantastic. Thank you to Mike and his entire team!

The Fountain Works team is reliable and helpful. They did a great job completing fountain repairs at my residence and made sure I was satisfied with their work. Good people and I highly recommend them.

We use Fountain Works at a large, mixed use property in Houston. Fountain Works has provided new pumps, multiple extensive deep cleanings, and has maintained our fountain features in a way that is shocking. The water is crystal clear, any issues are resolved exceptionally quickly with immediate responses to texts, calls and emails, and having a team of proper ENGINEERS means their ability to resolve complicated power / pump issues is unprecedented. I truly cant recommend these guys enough.

Fountain Works gave me an estimate for repair, then it turned out that the original plumbing installation (below ground) made it more difficult than they originally expected. They did a great job getting my fountain back in working order, and took the time to show me how to maintain the system properly. They have a great staff - give them your business.

Bait/Switch: fountain works did work on my fountain once before at a reasonable price and did on first visit along with evaluation. This time you must pay for evaluation before they come even when you send pictures. Was $139 for evaluation. I asked if they would do work same day, only pick up fountain and mount/ repair change hose to pump. They said ok we will modify the quote. Made sure they called in but wanted to leave because boss wasn’t available. I asked for 20 minutes work how much can it be? Finally the boss miraculously reviewed the work required and came back with a $1000 quote. I said hard no. $495 for the helper alone? She said the best they could do was $850 and I said 20 minutes work to lift a fountain and check hose is ridiculous. They only charged me $150 for new pump install 2 years prior. Including the pump.
Their system is designed to lock you in at an incredible markup.even if they paid these guys $100/hr (which they are not) plus $5 hose attachment, their cost would be just over $200 and trying to collect $1000 is just robbery. $200 might have been reasonable.

I contacted Fountain Works about a fountain I had inherited from my Mom. It was in need of repair and had turned into a mosquito breading pond. Several people had looked at it and decided they could not fix it. Jose and Rachel came out and inspired me with their confidence and professionalism. They listened to what I wanted and suggested ideas that would make the fountain even better.

Kerry came out to do the work. He kept me informed through every step of the process. He also had ideas that made the repair even better then what I could have imagined. His professionalism and knowledge are an asset to the company.

Because of Fountain Works a nuisance has been turned into a wonderful addition to my yard and a treasured memory of my Mom.
