I called about my washer and dryer not working, and asked if there's any way they could schedule me last in the day so I didn't have to take too much time off work. They accommodated this, and Taylor and Billy arrived at the perfect time! They explained things to me in a way I'd understand easily and let me know what they were doing as they did it. Taylor asked me to let him know if there were any more problems, and even reached out on his own the next day to check up! Highly recommend!

Last year, Taylor came by to diagnose an issue with our washer and he fixed it promptly. He left a sticker on the washer when he left. Great service !
Well right before Thanksgiving ‘23, the washer cycle wouldn’t start. I called him and explained the issue. I was driving at the time and he asked me to text him pictures of the control panel and washer model info. I did. Apparently, the child lock was on (who knew?)
He sent me pictures and instructions and it was a quick and easy fix without him coming to diagnose and charging me $$ for what would’ve been a simple fix ! And saved the hassle too.
I am appreciative of folks like this - customer oriented and great service.If you have an issue with your appliances, try him out and happy holidays !!
