Window Hero Southlake came today to clean our outside windows. Michael & Joaquin arrived exactly at 8am as agreed and did an excellent job. They made sure they removed all the calcium deposits from the windows and made them sparkled. They were fast, but through, and very professional and polite. I particularly appreciate that they put covers overs their shoes when they came inside. The owner did not have shoe covers so he took his shoes off. That's a sign of caring and respect. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again. Oh yes, the price was very reasonable.

Window Hero did an excellent job cleaning our windows and gutters, as well as adding gutter guards. They went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the job before leaving for the day. I highly recommend their services!

Very positive experience with Window Hero. I received a phone call regarding my inquiry within 2mins of me submitting it online. The owner called me right away and showed up to my home within an hour to give me a quote. I approved it on the spot. The service rep Michael showed up today at 830am as promised. He was super professional and walked me through his plan to get the job done. He was here for 6 hours and everything looks great. Pricing was fair and speed could not have been better.

Excelled in cleaning a difficult project at our office. Jacob, the owner, came to the site to used a special cleaner that removed the sticky film from the windows. MIchael and Kevin had the windows crystal clear within hours. Have already requested a quote for their service on another window cleaning project. Highly recommend their window cleaning service.

Michael C. did an outstanding job cleaning the exterior and interior glass, window sills and screens! He did a very thorough job and at one point said he needed to go back outside because he saw a couple of areas he felt he missed. When done he asked me if there were any areas he needed to address - there were none! Great work!!

First time clients of Window Hero. Today, we had Michael, Ethan and Kevin at our home. The service was cleaning the outside and inside of our windows. It has been over a year since our last cleaning with another company. The work was completed as scheduled. However, what impressed me the most and why I will use Window Hero again. We had some very stubborn stains on our windows and the WH team continued to clean these windows until they were completely clean to our satisfaction. Michael, Ethan and Kevin is the reason we will remain clients. They made doing business easy for the homeowner and the work is excellent ! 5 Stars Gentleman, well deserved.

UPDATE: I am revising this post and turning my original review from three stars to five stars. You can see my original post below where I had issues. But I will say the owner reached out to me the same day I made the review. He had his guys come back out the next day and re-clean all the windows and called me to confirm everything was done to my satisfaction. He apologized for not being able to come himself to take care of it, but he was out of town on another job. I appreciate the company’s desire to make the customer happy and quickly correct any oversight on their part. I am pleased with the work they did and their attention to detail.

My experience began great. The owner was quick to answer my request for a quote. He came out the same day even. He was also very willing to try to get me in earlier than originally scheduled. I was trying to get my windows cleaned before putting up my Christmas decorations and he was able to make that happen. When the workers came out, they also were very kind. Very conscientious of my home and making sure they cleaned up behind themselves, not tracking stuff in on their feet when they came in, Etc. Up to that point my entire experience was great.

My three star review comes from the quality of the work itself. One worker cleaned inside while another took the screens off and cleaned outside. After a while, they worked together to put the screens back on. While they were doing that, I noticed water spots all over the window. Like they had not wiped the windows down at all after hosing them off. I was told they don’t wipe the outside that the water is purified and will not leave water spots. While I found that to be true for the most part, there definitely were a few water spots still visible after everything dried. My biggest complaint, however, is the streaks I see inside on the windows. I pointed them out to the workers and they came back in to clean the smear marks again. To prevent being “that person” I didn’t stand over their shoulder and point out every smear I saw. Maybe that’s on me. Maybe I should have done that. But once they told me they had taken care of all of it. I paid them and they left. When I walked back through, I could definitely see tons of smear/streak marks on the window. It looks as if they came back through and wiped it with a less than clean microfiber cloth. I am now going to have to go back through with window cleaner and a clean microfiber or newspaper to clean the streaks/smear marks. Disappointing considering what I paid for my window cleaning. The screens look good for the most part and the tracks were mostly cleaned as well. Overall, I was disappointed that everything wasn’t dried and wiped down when it was done. But I guess that’s just the technique they use.

Stephen always does a fantastic job! He is always on time and so easy to work with and always goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy with the result.

Stephen performed an absolute beautiful job cleaning our carpet that we moved from our front room to our Master Bed Room. The cleaning turned out much better than expected.

Best way to clean carpets! You can walk on your floor right after the process. Stephen is a very nice and smart guy. Will certainly use them again.
