I sincerely have never experienced such a great company. They made it so simple and nonintrusive. I have used other companies before who you can tell it’s just a pay check for the person. I cannot believe how great my carpet looks after a few dog dropping issues. Thanks for your integrity and your desire to make such great improvements! We almost get a new carpet before Stephen came and did a wonderful job. It looks almost new, soft and fluffy. And the best part is that he left and it was completely dry, we could walk on it right away.
My 2 sons and myself suffer from Asthma. This was the main reason we decided to do dry cleaning. Definitely a good decision. Great company.

Stephen was a pleasure to work with! He was very thoughtful, methodical, and caring. He explained the process in great detail and the cleaning was wonderful! I had him clean three wool rugs, upholstered bed frame, and some carpet. Very reasonably priced as well. I have a young baby and he even cleaned the nursery rug around his nap time. I cannot recommend him enough!

Highly recommend! I'm renting a house and my carpet was awful after years of abuse from my growing five year old and his young puppy. Not only does my carpet look the best it ever has since we moved in but Steven was a blessing to meet; oddly enough we had the best conversation while he was working. He's a very friendly and humble guy with a knack for the details. My carpets were professionally cleaned several times with a wet vac but within days they were terrible again and there were several spots I was told couldn't come out. Steven, from Angel Dry told me he couldn't make any promises and would try his best. My carpet looks fantastic, those troublesome spots that have survived previous cleaning are gone! We will definitely use again in the future - dry carpet cleaning is the way to go! By the way, my floors were able to be used again almost instantly after the cleaning was complete. Big plus to me.

Steven is a real professional and he did a good and thorough job on our carpets. The dry cleaning process is great. He was able to pull out a ton of cat hair that regular vacuuming had left buried in the carpet. Angel Dry's prices are competitive with big companies that offer similar services, with the added benefit of working with a local small business owner who really knows his trade. Highly recommended.

Steven and his team were great! We relocated to DFW from Chicago and asked him if he was available to clean the carpets in our new house before we moved in on pretty short notice. Steven was responsive and communicated with me about scheduling and called back with more information when he said he would. He was on time for our cleaning and there was no strong chemical smell from the products he used (though there was a soapy odor that didn’t last long). Our carpets looked great when he was done and they were not too wet. Very pleased and would definitely call him again.

Angel Dry is incredible and highly recommended. Steve, the owner, was on time, took a quick look around, and made the carpets look brand new after being installed 4yrs ago. On top of everything he's a great guy as well. Can't go wrong here.

Angel Dry Carpet Cleaning did one of the best jobs of cleaning all our rooms carpets and 3 area rugs, we will never use anyone else. The carpets and area rugs were dry before they left which is a huge bonus when you have animals in the house. Both Shawn and Andrew were professional and just wonderful people to work with. This was the best customer service experience have had in years. From the first phone call to the drop off, Andrew was professional, communicative, and accurate. I needed to have my area rugs dry cleaned---that right. We have viscous carpets that cannot be cleaned with water, so most carpet cleaners could not help us. Andrew knew exactly what I was talking about and scheduled a pick-up for the next day. He advised it would take 7-10 business days, which it did. Andrew called on a Monday to tell us the carpets were ready to be dropped off. He brought them on Tuesday. He arrived both times within the expected time window, called ~20-30 minutes before he arrived. The carpets were clean and in excellent shape. Andrew was the best customer service representative I have dealt with in a long time. I will be recommending Angel Dry Carpet Cleaning and Rug Cleaning to anyone who will listen. A+++ in my book! We have used Angel Dry carpet cleaning in our business for over a year now. We have a very light colored carpet and Angel Dry is the only service we have used that gets us completely clean and long long lasting results. Their cleaning method of low moisture and plant based solution leaves my carpet so clean. And, I love the way my clean carpet is pretty much dry when they get done versus being wet with suds. Amazing service and reasonable pricing! I was blown away by Steven’s knowledge of area rug composition. He knew exactly how to remove the stains but was also made sure I had reasonable expectations of some of the stains. I will always trust my rugs with this company. Very impressed.

We had such a great experience with Stephen and his team. We have very old light colored carpet in our upstairs that we are trying to get a couple more years out of while are kids are young. However, the carpet was very very stained from the previous owners. We tried a wet carpet cleaning machine on it and barely moved the stains. I was a bit skeptical if the dry cleaning would do much more, but Stephen was more than willing to do a sample before getting started to test it out. Great custom service.
