Ductz of DFW North did indeed arrive at Mr. Tab's residence early as I told him we would be there between 12:30 and 1:30 due to another job we were doing that morning. Our technician went to the door while the other technician stayed in the truck while the first technician had a discussion with Ms. Tab as Mr. Tab was not home at the time. She requested that I email her an invoice instead of accepting the hand written invoice that he offered. The technician called me and I was in a meeting at the time and asked him to explain to Ms. Tab that I was not able to email an invoice to her. She would not accept the handwritten invoice that would have detailed all of the work we planned on doing. It should be noted that Mr. Tab and I exchanged several emails detailing the work to be performed and the price as well as my having left a hand written quote with him.
I would also like everyone to know that Mr. Tab called today and asked that we come do the work at his house. We were unable to work him into an already tight schedule over the next several days.
