I felt compelled to leave a unique review here. As a fellow plumber, I wanted to highlight what real professionals look like. I recently had a situation with a new house where the new homeowners moved in and experienced a complete main stoppage on their first night. I reached out to Jared at Kline LLC for assistance. Despite being busy, Jared managed to fit us into their schedule to help get our customer sorted. Roger and I struggled for three hours to remove a test ball that was left behind during construction. Roger utilized several pieces of equipment and two cameras to pinpoint the object and devised a strategic plan to retrieve it. Roger is what I would call a brother and a friend - a man everyone needs to meet. Exceptional work, Roger! Roger from the plumbing company has come to my home in Southlake twice, and both times I was very satisfied with his work. The first visit was when my home's pressure reducing valve started leaking, and Roger came out the next day to replace it, since I had to shut off the water to stop the leak. More recently, one of my toilet tanks began leaking at the bolt where it connects to the bowl. Roger asked me to send him some photos of the toilet so he could see what parts were needed and made sure I could stop the leak and still had working toilets, so there was no need for an emergency visit. I decided to have him replace the hardware and gaskets on all three toilets since they were all getting old, and also asked him to install a new garbage disposal I had bought. Roger finished everything in about 3 hours, for a price that matched his estimate and was fair for all the work he did. As long as I'm in Southlake, Roger will be my first choice for any plumbing jobs I need done!

A couple of weeks ago, my garbage disposal stopped working. I put in a request through my home warranty to have it fixed or replaced. The warranty company sent a plumber to help. At first, I was worried because of some things I read about home warranty work, but I ended up having a really good experience. Frederick, the plumber, was very friendly and helpful. While he installed the new disposal, we talked about our families, which made the time go by quickly. He finished everything in about 30 minutes, including the replacement. I thought I might need a second appointment for approval, but Frederick let me know that I didn’t need to pay anything extra for the new part. He did an excellent job. The only thing that could be better is the scheduling process. No one called to let me know when the appointment was, and I only found out because I checked my warranty account online. Other than that, I am very happy with the service!
