Window Installation reviews in Southlake, Texas

I had 3 windows in my door that needed to be replaced. I was referred to Radiant Windows & Glass. Everyone that I interacted with throughout the process was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Patrick came to give the estimate. Nadia was the person I dealt with on the phone. And, Edgar did the excellent work. The whole experience was frustration free with reasonable cost. I will always use them for any other similar job!

Love these guys..Shane, Nani, Patrick and all the installers who are very professional. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was recommended by my neighbor, and now I'm high recommending this company!!

Super responsive, good price, quality work. We had a broken window and were able to get a prompt replacement without any hard sales tactics or upsell attempts. I would recommend!

I am extremely detailed oriented and they did an amazing job replacing my broken window to match the other windows. They also replaced old fogged glass and caulked around all of my exterior windows. The crew was friendly, professional, on time and texted me in advance to let me know who and when they would be showing up. Big thank you to Shane and Patrick as well for answering all my questions. Highly recommend!

Very professional company. If I could give 10 stars I would. Andrew and Jared were so thorough and methodical and put everything back. And they were so considerate.
Patrick was spot on about the company’s mission statement.
Radiant cares about the service they deliver and it shows. We will be getting our new windows cleaned twice a year now.

We had the glass replaced in all the windows on a house my daughter just bought. The house was built in 1984 and had the original glass. A lot of the seals were broke on the original windows, but the aluminum frames still worked well and are in good shape. Edgar, Senior, Zihri and JR did a terrific job replacing the glass with Low E 366 glass. They also built all new screens for each window. The quality of the work was excellent, they did a great job cleaning the windows after the instillation and cleaning up after themselves. And Edgar is a very good communicator. The price was very good and we were able to get the work done pretty quickly. Highly recommend this company and their installers.

They arrived at the exact time they said, and were very professional. The installers took the care of keeping both the inside of my room and the outside garden clean without stepping all over my plants. The window looks and operates perfectly.

We had three quotes and this was the best price. We were very pleased with the results. We started with one bathroom window that had broken seals but need the whole house done. The heat coming in through that window has significantly been reduced and it is well insulated against the recent cold. There was no heavy sales pressure and they said we can replace a few at a time as we can afford them instead of all at once. The communication was excellent and we were kept informed from order to deliver to installation.
