I called on a Monday and made an appnt for Friday. Friday I drive to the lakehouse to meet the electrician. I call him and he says that he called me on Wednesday to confirm the appnt and I told him I already had another one scheduled. That’s not what happened. He called and said “hi m’am, you called about services that you need, do you still need them?” I thought he was calling back from one of the other 5 companies I called and I said no. What he did was not confirm an appnt, he made it seem like it was the first time we spoke. And the only thing he could say to me while I’m waiting for him at the lake house and wasting my time is that it’s on me for not recognizing him on Wednesday. I don’t care how his service is, with that kind of poor customer service and attitude, I will never use him.

Had grounding issue on our RV and even though he told us he doesn't work on internal RV electrical, he would be happy to come out to check ot the external. Monty went above and beyond to help us out and even made a second trip the same day. Treated us as a priority and got us up and running. I would use him again and would not hesitate to refer him.

Greenbolt Electric has helped me on two jobs now and has been absolutely fantastic. Unlike most competitors, they're very responsive, ask good questions, arrive when they say they will, and complete the job much more quickly that I expected. Best of all their prices are very reasonable. If you want to pay more for worse service then choose the other guy, if you want great service at reasonable prices then choose Greenbolt. You will be happy that you did!
