I have read some of the other reviews (negative) but my HOA recommended this company and because I live in Spicewood, I would prefer someone local. For the service I needed, they were amazing!

I was adding a cold water tap for filtered cold water. I had the hole drilled in the countertop and just needed someone to install and split our water line. The facet was in a hard to reach area and I just didn't want to make any mistakes so I called SP and they were able to schedule me for a visit in just a few days.

They gave me a time frame and they are great about communication. They sent me a text the day before to remind me of the appointment and the technician sent me a few text messages letting me know he was on his way about how long it would take for him to arrive. Calvin was my technician and when he arrived, I showed him what I needed and right away he went to work. Overall, it might have taken an hour and when he was finished, he showed me the work he did and everything was working perfectly.

I know many people might have done this job themselves but I just didn't want any hassles and preferred to have someone who knows what they are doing, someone who does work like this every day. They are very professional, it was easy to schedule an appointment and the prices are fair. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Calvin was very helpful and on time. I manage an RV park tiny home community. I’ve had spice wood plumbing out to my property to fix multiple issues they’ve always gone over and beyond to make sure everything was done properly they are very honest and dependable I will keep using them in the future.

Brandon was super helpful and knowledgeable about a particular issue with our pressure reducing valve that no one else could properly explain. He gave very helpful advice on how to clean and maintain our water softener. Very professional, cordial and thorough service call. Highly recommend.

Brandon came out today and fixed a leaking backflow valve. Very professional and quick repair. It was a pleasure to have him look over our system and he provided us with advice and some suggestions about upgrading our softener system. Spicewood plumbing has great customer service. They always get back to me quickly and are easy to communicate with.
Their service guys are knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I never feel like they are pushing something on me. They always take the time to make sure I understand the issue and work with me to find the best solution. I can't imagine calling anyone else!

Recently Spicewood Plumbing replaced a toilet for me and their plumber, Josh, worked professionally and efficiently to do that installation.

Great Experience. Called in the morning for emergency service , my hot water tank was leaking and they were here in a few hours. Brandon was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He also saw a few things that he recommended I do in the future as far as the piping for better efficiency. I will definitely be using this company for any future plumbing issues.

Brandon and Sandy with Spicewood Plumbing were excellent. They identified the real problem and saved me thousands over what another plumber had suspected was the problem. They also installed a new Certiflow softener/filtration system and new toilet. Excellent job and very professional!
