Outdoor fireplace propane housing had a leak l was corroded they fixed replaced the pipe without a problem. Always dependable great service.

Ashton and his helper came promptly to my ranch, dressed appropriately, driving a clean company van, to consider my 5000 sqft home for a tankless water heating conversion project. They were friendly, competent, respectful of property, and seemed very trustworthy young men. The fee for a bid seems reasonable given the selfish nature of most homeowners wanting to use a contractor's time without intention of hiring them. I think it's an indicator of the quality of Shamrock Plumbing and the volume of business they must be doing to become so confident. Love it!

Shamrock Plumbing did a great job for us. Clay got here when he said he would, fixed our leak without a problem, and was so nice, friendly and professional. Call them if you need a plumber - you won’t be sorry!

Second plumber I had out to fix my tankless water heater. More than knowledgeable, communicated throughout the repair and helped educate me on what to look for in the future. Would highly recommend!

Everyone at Shamrock was so great. We had a plumbing emergency, had called several plumbers with no luck, and the woman who helped me over the phone was incredibly kind, helpful, and got someone out to us in 45 minutes. Ashton was knowledgable, professional, kind, and fixed our plumbing problem quickly. He also told us how to fix the tile, grout, and wood that had gotten wet from the leak. I could not have asked for better results or people and they saved our butts. We will definitely be using Shamrock again!

Shamrock was amazing! The guys came and tracked down everything they needed to get the job done, working until dark and even calling the company who originally found the leak. We were very impressed and grateful.

Technician explained everything well and did a thorough inspection of my tankless water heater.

I love this company and all the service guys! But within hours of them leaving, I went to test toilet, nothing happened - it would not flush! I raised lid and found that the chain was NOT connected! No one here had used the toilet since serviceman left, so obviously the chain was not attached correctly!
May I suggest they test their work after repair a couple of times to make sure all is working! I will still use this company because this is first time there was an error and it was minor. Just writing this to suggest more testing after repairs completed!

I looked up a plumbing company that does business in Canyon Lake, TX. I saw reviews and connected with Dixie at Shamrock Plumbing. She was prompt and was able to help me with two issues getting an appointment set.
#1 my Rheem water softer system control board locked up. It was under warranty, so they shipped me a new one. I needed that replaced.
#2 my home, being only 3 years old, the master bathroom toilet would not flush properly.
Henry & Ashton came promptly at 8am to my home and they were very cordial. I showed them the issues to be attended.

Henry worked on #1 and diagnosed a few issues and replaced the control panel. He also gave me a tutorial on the water softener, the care and follow-up details. He also showed me the chemical water testing kit and how to use it for large amounts of calcium which destroys pipes and fixtures. Excellent job!

Ashton worked on #2 that more involved by pulling the toilet up to possibly auger the system.He found the flange was improperly placed and possibly blocking the flow. Ashton chipped away at the pipe opening to increase the water flow. Another issue was found and diagnosed for me to contact the builder as it is a 10 warranty structural issue.

All in all, Henry and Ashton were fantastic. I was charged for 1 hour. That was a huge relief. Shamrock Plumbing is my new company to call with confidence. I am a major networker in the region. I only refer companies to my friends and neighbors if they offer the greatest quality work and customer service.

Shamrocks crew are always on time, personable and respectful of all jobsites whether new construction or remodeling.

We were so impressed with Shamrock Plumbing. Ashton and I believe Henry were so kind and polite and they even took their shoes off at the door. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Our free standing sink was clogged and that was taken care of even though that wasn't part of the job.We highly recommend Shamrock and it is the only company we will ever call.
