Do not hesitate to call this company for any of your plumbing needs. I called early morning and they were here within a couple of hours. They are knowledgeable and very efficient. Their pricing is honest and fair (no price gouging here) . It is good to support our local businesses.

My husband called to ask about scheduling an inspection, and unfortunately the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. We simply asked if your company provides inspections, and her response was “kind?” before abruptly saying no. When we asked if she could recommend anyone, she flatly said no and immediately hung up.

We were left with a very negative impression, especially since we are serious buyers under contract on a home and genuinely needed inspection services. Thankfully, we chose to move forward with another company, but I wanted to share our experience because of how unprofessional this interaction felt.

We had another company tell us our water recirculation pump was working on two different occasions, we knew it wasn't! Your guys quickly found the problem and we now have hot water, FAST!

Jason over at HurtBuilt referred me to Shamrock Plumbing Company after the water heater in our attic went out. Jason told me that Dixie and the service crew Henry & Ashton would quickly resolve the problem -- And they did. I called Wednesday afternoon and the Shamrock team had us back up and running with a new water heater early Friday afternoon. Dixie was very helpful with the scheduling and Henry & Ashton were polite and efficient installers. This is a great team!

So I had my water heater break down and I got a new one. Ashton and Henry from Shamrock Plumbing came out and had the old one removed and new one installed in under 45 minutes. They were polite clean and professional. I will use them again.

Absolutely the best! We have had recurring problems with this water heater. Spent a fortune to have it “fixed” multiple times. They recognized it was an insect problem - and went the extra mile to repair it. Highly recommend!

Very friendly. Easy to schedule. They came out within 6 days. Notified they were on their way. Repaired quickly. I needed my kitchen facet tighten. They had to remove Delta flex hose with quick connection to be able to tighten. The managed to disconnect, but had to kludge it to reconnection. I was very happy with their work. They were very friendly and quick. Worked great
I ordered a replacement hose and maintance parts from Delta, and scheduled a second service. They came out the same day, and they replace the hose and installed all maintenance parts I ordered. Since it was a second visit for same Delta Faucet, they reduced the cost for second visit.
I will used Shamrock Plumbing again.

Shamrock Plumbing is great to work with. From the first phone call to the guys that fixed our problem, everybody was helpful and professional. They don't make you feel like they're doing you a favor by helping you, if you know what I mean. Great communication about when they're headed your way, which I really like, and also while they're doing the work.

Incredible service at an affordable price!
We developed a plumbing leak in our upstairs shower, flooding our master bedroom downstairs. When we called Shamrock Plumbing, they picked up the phone and mobilized a crew right away.
Henry and Ashton were kind, courteous, conscientious and more importantly, capable plumbers. They did what they needed to do to assess the situation and make the needed repairs.
In short, would I ues them again? Absolutely!
Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely!

Great customer support. Of the three plumbers I called Shamrock was the only one that actually answered the phone. The others did not answer nor did I get capability to leave a voice message. They documented everything and technicans were very knowledgeable on Rinnai tankless how water heaters. Explained my options and provided upfront pricing which is exactly what the overall costs ended up. I've not had good experiences with plumbers in the past, but this is clearly the exception. Shamrook is my plumbing company going forward. They also offered me a Veteran discount for my service. Highly recommend Shamrook and the team to anyone looking for top notch plumbers.

We've had a water leak that had gone unnoticed for a while thanks to the meter and valves being buried in a ditch under sediment.. Henry & his partner came out the same day and had the issue fixed swiftly. Thank you for going the extra mile and installing new sleeves to help improve access to the shutoff in my ditch. Highly recommend!!
