Used to like home dept —- now hate using the place —- have fallen so far. Customer service does not exist in any form. Did an online service to purchase a generator unit. The process was so terrible, I will NEVER use home dept again. NEVER.

After looking and asking for help, Ca$$ (per her apron) went off to 'look for a machine' while I'm left waiting on her only to find her minutes later talking to a male Home Depot employee and walking past me completely ignoring me. I called and I could hear the phone at customer service ringing and they ignored it both times😡🤨! Mind you, there were no customers and it was not busy at all😡😠😡! I had to go and find 2 other employees , Rudy and Izzy,to actually work and help me and locate the machine immediately .... thank you . Ruddy and Izzy were so helpful and immediately got to work in lowering the product. Then Ca$$ comes back to 'supervise' 😑 and joke around shamelessly 🤦♀️ and unapologetic with the guys while they're still working hard. Where do y'all find these people???

Horrible customer service. Tons of employees and only about 10% actually do any work or know anything about tools or working. Not just this Home Depot is trash, every one I’ve been to around Houston is .

As always, Home Depot was was busy on a Saturday. Folks leaving with their basket full of "fix-up-your-place" stuff. I promised myself that I would transfer some funds to my card while I was in the store. Fix sink and clean the oven chemical cost, if its the good stuff. And Home Depot has your choice Good, Better or Best. As I turned to my soon to be replaced phone. It went Dead. I mean D>E>A>D not even to 1%. I was in the checkout line when I asked for a machine that took cash. I only had $25.00. (You know how everyone borrows case if their your friend. So much for cash app friends.) I had a dilemma. More purchase than cash and nothing on the card. But Wait! Here comes the Check out person. To the rescue, Tatianna! No problem. "Yes Sir. We can get you to your cash amount with your most needed products and I can hold this till you get back from charging your phone." No embarrassments. No Hassle. Just a big beautiful smile from a pretty young woman. Yea, y'all know how to get me to come back. Great service. Knowledgeable Staff. And saved from all possible embarrassment. Now I gotta go charge my phone again. Service with a smile. I thought that was gone! Kudos Tatianna! The boss ought to know!
