Atlas was dispatched to repair my washing machine by my home warranty company. The repairman ordered parts but was not able to get the washer working. He became very frustrated saying he's never had such a hard time & told me that I need to buy a top loader because they are easier to repair. He left the washer making a clicking noise non stop & in worse condition than when he came! Before he left he said he was going to order another part & try replacing it, but he told my warranty company the washer was not repairable & never came back. I had to have someone else come out. Highly disappointed & I do not recommend. -10 stars.

You're employee Barry was so helpful he explained what my problem was and I didn't even need to have a technician to come out. I will definitely use atlas when I need to have an appliance worked on. Honesty is what stood out with your company. Thank you.
