I had Ezone Electric come out and put 5 ceiling fans and run power to my back patio. They came on time and were very professional. I appreciated the on the spot quote and then after I agreed they completed the work. My wife and I will always recommend Ezone Electric!!!

I had an electrical problem and I called them. They sent Gabe out the same day and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. Whether I'm going to replace a breaker box or have any other electrical problem I am going to call E-zone. They were professional, quick, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I could not ask for more. Thank you!

Nehamiah Ruben and his crew helped us get ready for final fire marshal inspection at my new office in the Woodlands. They did an awesome job, are professional and knowledgeable about their trade. I highly recommend ezone electric!

I am a Realtor in Montgomery County and every time that any of my clients or friends have an electrical problem looked at or need to have an Electrician perform an upgrade, I always send them to Mike Pace with E-Zone electric. The customer service is phenomenal and they are always on the lookout to save money for the customer. I have too many fellow clients that have continued to use E-Zone to name. I give them my highest recommendation and would ask you all to let them speak to you.

We recently had an electrical emergency at our home. Chris came out right away to assess the situation. Gabe came out the same day to make the repairs. We were very happy with the quick response, quality workmanship, and professionalism of both Chris and Gabe. The insurance adjuster came to investigate a few days later. Chris went out of his way to be here for our meeting and to make himself available for any questions the adjuster had. We are forever grateful to Chris and Gabe for taking care of the situation and getting our family back into our home so quickly. We highly recommend E-Zone Electric!

E-Zone Electric did a wonderful and professional job after we had lightening damage to our house last month. They assisted us by providing the documents we needed to get the insurance claim rolling, showed up right on time for the job, and the work itself was completed in a timely and professional manner. Every single person I met or spoke with on the phone was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend E-Zone Electric, and I will be using them again should the need arise.

The people were very nice, and got out to our house quickly. That said, they gave us a window of times which I was working around so that I could be there. They called my wife (I had given them her number since she was at home) and came several hours earlier than the beginning of that window. I'm sure it was well intentioned, but I couldn't be there for it that early. When they got there they basically said the breaker that needed replacement was fine and that they wouldn't replace it. It has since continued to fail, and we're using another electrician to fix it. I'm disappointed at the "don't do anything" response since they charged a service fee to come out, and the item has conti used to fail. They seem to be nice folks, but in my experience that type of methodology gets you paid twice, since they'd get another service fee to come out a second time to fix the issue.

Had they come during the times prescribes I would have insisted it be fixed since this has been a recurring issue since we bought this house. My wife unfortunately didn't know any better. That's why I scheduled to be there.

They also managed to leave quotes for other work that wasn't the purpose of their visit. While i dont think it was malicious, and my wife wasnokay with it, it rubs me the wrong way that they quotes other work without fixing the problem we have.

We will not be using their services again as a result.

SERIOUS Communication Issues!! We contacted them over 3 weeks ago to come put in a light. 1st no body ordered the light now the light has been delayed on arrival 3 times and yet NO ONE can call to update us. We've had to call several times time to get any kind of answer or update as to why we have an appointment and no one bothers to a) call to explain what's going on or b) show up and do the work!! This is utterly ridiculous. I gave them 2 stars because when they actually show up they do really great work but the problem is getting them there to do it.

Several LOUD, RUDE company trucks from E Zone were captured on multiple cameras joyriding through our neighborhood around midnight last night, damaging both private and public property and waking up our entire street. One of the trucks got stuck in the ditch overnight (hopefully damaged) and they returned at 9am to retrieve the truck without cleaning up any of the mess. This is a quiet family neighborhood and there are lots of children flying kites and walking dogs along that trail. These people could have recklessly killed someone and probably would’ve driven off without a care. If this is how E-Zone treats their local community, then I wouldn’t trust them to fix a toaster. Shame on you. Clean up your mess and don’t come back!

Several outlets around our main living room didn't work and the lights couldn't be turned on. We suspected it probably had to do with a faulty circuit breaker. We called E-zone electric out to diagnose the issue. The technicians showed up promptly and very professional. Within 5 minutes of opening the main panel of all the circuit breakers, they found that there was one loose one. All they had to do was tighten the loose one and it was fixed. How much did they charge for this 5-minute diagnostic and tightening of the loose component? $170. When I called the company to ask them why they charge so much for a diagnostic service where they did not have to essential fix or replace any broken component, they said their usual service fee is $65 and the lowest charge is about $90 for a simple service. I asked if they can charge us either $65 for the service call or $90 but they refused. They agreed to reduce $25 from the $170 charge. It was our mistake not to ask how much it cost for a service call. But charging $145 for a few minutes of inspection and tightening a loose component is UNREASONABLE.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I called them on 8/19/19 to get an isolated circuit to my microwave because the breaker tripped every time I used it. They told me someone would come the next day. I was impressed. They called later and said, no it would be the following week, on Monday 8/26/19. I then made an appointment to have blown in attic insulation for 8/27/19. I called E Zone Electric on Friday 8/23/19 to verify that they were coming on Monday, because I didn’t want anyone in the attic disturbing my new insulation after 8/27. They assured me that someone would be at my house between 11-2pm. I called at 1 pm, 2pm, and 3 pm. No one answered the phone, so I left messages. No response. I went to the office. It was locked up. So now I have $3000 of new insulation in my attic, and I have to get an electrician to install a new circuit, and mess up my insulation. I AM SOOO ANGRY!! I still have not heard from these yahoos!

Please do not waste your time with this company especially Chris Brewer. He came out to our house in Sugar Land Texas and replaced our electrical panel in our home. We paid him in full for the job but when the city of Sugar Land Texas came out to inspect the job that was done they failed it because it was not done properly. We have called Mr Brewer many times and he will not return our phone call. Chris Brewer electrical license is expired and apparently he can't get it renewed so he is working under another electrician name I believe it is Mr Watts. This guy is a terrible man and can't tell the truth so please do no waste your time and money. We are going to call channel 2 & channel 13 to report this scammer.
