My LawnStarter professional, Tavaris, has been consistently great, prompt and professional.

Terrible experience. Did not do a good job so I fired them. They tried to give me a hard time but I was almost ready to report them to BBB and FTC. They finally emailed me back saying my contract was ended. I also told the guy who came to give my grass a treatment that I’m firing his company so never to come back. Today, they charged me 130 for a treatment. Guess what, I have an email with contract ending. Plus, my cameras prove they only did front half and charged for the entire lawn (Including back). Now I’m going to report them for lying and being on my property after firing them. And then sue them for charging my credit card after ending the contract. Good thing I have their email (see attached image). These guys are absolutely unprofessional, do not do their work, charge your credit card after ending the contract. Anyway, if they give you issues, contact me. I will help you report them to Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission and get your money back. Also call your bank to stop their payment. This company should be shut down for fraudulent activities. These people should not be allowed to run a business.

Fast , easy service. Always a great job . Perfect edging and clean up.

I have enjoyed the service and look forward to resuming next year when I have grass to mow again.

This was my first time using LawnStarter and it was exceptional. Booking the appt was easy. Then I downloaded the app where I have access to everything including talking to my lawn guy. He did an excellent job even though it was raining and I thought he would reschedule. But no, he mowed and weedeated all in the rain and my lawn looks great.

They destroyed my yard and scalped all of my grass that my husband and I have been working soooo hard on. Don't use this company, terrible experience!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Customer Service is horrid. This company charged me and did not complete the job. I provided video of the pro working in my flowerbed, even though he lied and said the quote didn't include the bed. It did; he just didn't want to complete the job and LawnStarter did NOTHING about it. They even closed my issue.

I am so dissatisfied with the service I've received from this company. Everything started of well until I was assigned a pro.

Overall, I've received grass treatment and two mowing. I requested weeding for two and a half flowerbeds, but only one was completed. A second one wa started, but it wasn't completed. I followed up with customer service and they said the pro would come out to complete the job. The next morning, I received a message from customer service saying the case has been closed because the pro said the quote was for one flowerbed in the backyard and not the front yard. If this were true, then why is he on video working in one of the front yard flowerbeds? No discussion with me at all. I replied and sent them the videos and the pics showing the incomplete job.

The communication from the pro was not there, and LawnStarter was not supportive.

Incredible service, always communicates well. Edges are sharp and lawn always looks amazing.
