I am a Realtor and Seth was recommended to me a few years ago for some AC work at my personal home. Because of my industry I'm very familiar with AC repairs and how much they might cost and when Seth came out, I knew immediately that I could trust him, he was honest, he didn't try to upsell me on things that I didn't need, his price was fair and competitive which I appreciated. I highly recommend this company. My heater went out yesterday and they came out and took care of the problem in less than hour. Pricing was reasonable compared to these other companies out there. I’ll definitely use them again.

My experience was great. A 2-ton Carrier unit went out, and the first company I called told me both the condenser and compressor were shot and that I needed a whole new system. The next day I called ACTexas C&H around 9 am, and within an hour and a half Seth showed up. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the capacitor, and had the unit running in just a few minutes. He didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything. Instead, we talked about how my 13-year-old units are nearing the end of their lifespan and went over options for the future. He also explained their service plan, which I signed up for because he earned my trust in that short visit. I don’t know if Seth has any ownership in the company, but either way, he’s a real asset. I signed up for the VIP maintenance package and had my first winter tune-up today, and the experience was excellent. Seth was the technician, and he went above and beyond. He was extremely thorough, checking everything from the furnace and outside unit to the return vents, ductwork, wiring, and overall airflow. He even inspected things that weren’t immediately applicable, just to make sure everything was in great shape.

What I really appreciated was how patient and honest he was. There was absolutely no sales pressure. Seth did not push anything on me. I was the one asking about upgrades, the capacitor, the motor, ductwork, and future options. He simply answered each question clearly, explained how everything worked, and gave pricing only because I asked. His explanations were detailed, easy to understand, and genuinely helpful.
