Worst experience ever. 1 star is generous. Cant make this up. I will save you the long story. They don't answer their phone, they don't come when they say they will, the technician texted to come to my house at 11:30 PM when my family was alseep (not happening), they don't answer their emergency line either, I waisted 3 days waiting for them to come. They never came to my house, they never got back to any of my calls, messages, or texts. All the while we have no upstairs air conditioning. From me, my wife, and my kids - Thanks a lot

Technician arrived late, but the company was very good about keeping me updated on this. While tech resolved current issue, his repair was "The Band Aid Approach" due to the limitations of our home warranty. I would never otherwise use this approach to resolve my AC repairs. The repairs for which we were financially responsible seemed overly expensive.

Dr Rescue has help me out twice now and each time the service was spectacular. Both incidents were calls to thier emergency call out line where the calls where answered promptly and the technician were dispatched and on site within the hour. Technicians were very knowledgeable and never tried to up sell services. I highly recommended them for all your HVAC needs
