The do not want your business, I just called and asked to talk to the owner and wanted to share some information and they said no we do not want any new business and hung up on me.

I called to set up an appointment a day in advance and was told 9 to 11am. Waited until the next day until 11:30 and no contact. We called and was given a random expensive quote over the phone from a picture without anyone seeing the damage in person. We waited over a day for someone to come in person and they didn’t keep their appointment, they said they would send someone to quote us in person but instead was given, what felt, a random quote from a picture we sent. We called back to express our frustration and they hung up on me, they could care less on hearing out what happened or offer some solution. Don’t recommend! Bad customer service.
