Very happy with KAC Express. They came out the same day that I called to diagnose the problem. Jack was so helpful and personable! He was honest and helpful with the decision to repair or replace the unit. Then were able to replace my old AC unit the next day. Will definitely call them again if needed.

I contacted KAC Express in the evening when my 21-year-old AC stopped cooling properly. They arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and gave me an on-the-spot quote. I compared prices the next day, and no one could beat them. I approved the job at noon, and just hours later, the new system was installed and running. Fast, fairly priced, and high-quality work. They had amazing customer service. I highly recommend!

KAC was super helpful on the phone and got a specialist out quickly. Jack did a great, quick job and got us ready for colder temperatures in Houston tonight. KAC saved us time and money versus competitor (cost and part availability).

AC Techs responded quickly and worked efficiently. I had a new furnace installed in a few hours and they were very thorough as to not leave a mess.

Worked with Trong to get our AC repaired twice now for different issues and both times he was a pleasure to work with. He did an excellent job describing the issue and what it would take to fix. A/C was blowing warm. Called KAC at 1:00 pm on a hot Friday. They said that they would have a tech out that day (impressive). The Tech (Jack) showed up early, replaced the capacitor, ran a system check inside and out, and was very professional and respectful of our home and property. Kudos to KAC and Jack!
