I would like to preface this review by noting that I know the very minimal about how my AC system works. I researched as much as I could and I knew my system needed either major work or replacing because it was very old, very noisy, and wasn’t cooling. That said, I was nervous I would be taken advantage of and decided to get multiple quotes from different companies so I could research further.

Ultimately we decided on Precise Technical Services pretty much as soon as their initial visit was over. They were very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. They helped me understand why my system was failing and explained what my options were to get my system up and running.

The repair itself was quick, parts needed arrived quickly, and my system is running perfectly.

After my repairs, I had more questions and concerns. My phone calls were all met with the most polite and professional answers from their office. Overall, I’m very satisfied with them. I am super happy with the work they completed and I’ll definitely recommend them to others.

I had an outstanding experience with precise technical service. They came out on time fast took care of the issue on my AC unit. Mr. Sam was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem within 30 minutes.

I called in to have my duct work sized and calculated, because whoever designed my system prior when the home was built did a poor job. They showed up on time evaluated the property. I had a new system installed a week later, with all new duct work and the new system is working great. Every room feels identical and I couldn’t ask for a more professional install. Great Work!!!!!

I’ve been a Precise client for almost twenty years. They are the only place I’ve ever called when needing help with AC or heating in Spring,TX…. Probably purchased four to five complete systems for several different homes. They are prompt, fair, and Precise!

We had a compressor go out recently, and had to find a new A/C company. We always start with the Better Business Bureau. The first company we found, told us that they couldn't replace just the compressor, they would have to change both the compressor and the evaporator, at a cost of more than $7,000. We didn't like that number at all, since the only problem was the compressor! So we kept looking, and found PTS. They were able to just replace the compressor, for about 1/3 the price of the other company's quote. They were responsive and helpful when we called. I think we've found a keeper.

My 15-year-old AC unit finally gave up, and I knew exactly who to call: PTS. Technical Team Lead Drew was on the case immediately. He patiently answered all my questions and designed a robust, multi-stage replacement system.

I then significantly complicated the project by requesting a switch to Gas, which demanded major plumbing work. Fortunately, PTS expertly handled everything, offering a bundled solution that included the complete HVAC system and the required gas plumbing.

Drew's team—Chilo, Nando, Danilo, and Keith—spent a week at my house, and the level of detail was incredible. They went above and beyond, incorporating additional duct work, airflow load balancing, and even sheetrock repair into the package.

Forget the rest—PTS provides exceptional customer value, a high-quality product, and reasonable pricing. They handle complex jobs seamlessly. A 5-star shout-out to the whole crew!

We had a generator installed, upgraded the service panel to a larger panel, all new breakers, added new plugs in the garage. Drew is a very professional man. Price was real fair. Work was done very well. Couldn't be happier. Have been with them for the last 2 years.

Rude and disrespectful to other businesses

This company has has the worst customer service. I called them almost a week ago and the ladies in the office have been telling me every day they are coming but they never show. There previous work was not diagnosed properly. Now telling me if I don't like there wait to get someone else. Ladies in the office tell you they are going to return your calls and don't. I have also spoke with the owner and haven't gotten any help from him either.

This Precise Technical Services service truck decided to recklessly cut me off at the very last second of a long line of vehicles stopped, causing me to slam on the brakes coming inches of colliding.. older Hispanic man. Eldridge and I-10. No courtesy wave or anything, just stared as if I was in the wrong. Well done sir.
